The Hope of the Universe
Young Goku was a Redguard that grew up alone in the mountains, his grandfather had kept him since he was a baby and he had never met his parents. He was obsessed with Hand-to-hand combat and his grandfather had taught him how to hold his own in a fight. One day he met a travelling girl from the Imperial City, they began to travel together in search of unique artifacts of great power. One day, however, they were separated and Goku was caught on the borders of Skyrim. He was taken to Helgen on horseback until they were rudely interrupted by the roar of a Dragon...
Build
This build focuses on hand-to-hand combat with a little bit of magic thrown in to simulate Ki, you will be the honest hero and always do what you can for the greater good.
Race: Redguard (Not only is Goku Asian, which fits the race of Redguard relatively well, he also has large amounts of stamina, which can be simulated with the Adrenaline Rush ability)
Stats (M/H/S): 3/2/2
Skills: Enchanting, One-Handed, Light Armor and Destruction (You can train one-handed by paying for it from Amren or Athis from the Companions)
Passives/Powers: Adrenaline Rush, Force without Effort
Quests:The Companions (Cure Lycanthropy), The College of Winterhold (Up until Hitting the Books), Main Quest, Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Silenced Tongues, Evil in Waiting, Siege on the Dragon Cult, A Scroll for Anska.
Dawnguard Armor (Red Variant): Fortify Magicka Regen and Fortify Destruction
Hide Bracers: Fortify Unarmed and Fortify Magicka
Dawnguard Boots: Fortify Stamina and Fortify Stamina Regen
Necklace: Fortify Magicka and Fortify Destruction
Ring: Fortify Unarmed and Fortify Magicka/Fortify Destruction
Combat
Obviously combat will entail lots and lots of unarmed combat with a smidgen of destruction magic and an even smaller amount of Restoration magic (The Restoration magic is purely to fit the theme of Goku using Stendarr's Aura).
Whirlwind Sprint can be used to gain distance when you need it (Since this build doesn't utilize smithing or a full set of Light Armor, it can sometimes be on the disadvantage AR-wise). Become Ethereal can do the same, I used Become Ethereal to simulate Goku's Afterimage technique which he uses multiple times in the series.
The obvious simulation for Kamehameha is the Lightning Storm spell, so that's what I used, this build will need a lot of points into magicka to use this, in addition to the boosts given by the Armor, perks and the Atronach Stone.
To simulate the Spirit Bomb I used Blizzard, which may not be a giant energy ball, but it does change the surrounding area a shade of blueish white and deal a large amount of damage, which is fitting in my opinion.
Blizzard/Spirit Bomb is useful on enemies that are weak, but rely on numbers (Such as bandits, reavers, etc), whereas Lightning Storm/Kamehameha is used for stronger enemies such as Dragon Priests, Dragons and Giants. These should be used when needed though, Unarmed Combat is our main procedure.
When using Unarmed Combat you can pull off multiple hits when in 3rd person basically you change the direction you are moving in whilst attack and gain more punches because of it (Note that this only works with Standard Attacks, not Power Attacks).
You can increase the damage of your power attacks with Dragon Aspect, which will be used further down.
Remember that Goku LOVES to fight, so get into as many fist fights at the local inns as possible.
