    The Mad Beggar

    His Story

A few years before the Great War, Joseph Niron lived happily with his wife and two children in Cyrodiil. But when the Great War broke out, Joseph decided to join the army. But before he left he made a promise to his wife that he would see them again. So off to war he went. He got to the front lines(somehow) and killed many elves before the war ended. When it did, he went home to expect to see his family eagerly waiting. But instead he was told that his house had been destroyed two months ago in a fire, and there were no survivors. In his grief, he searched through the rubble, hoping to get anything to say that they might have escaped. But he came out instead with his wife's wedding ring. After that, he slowly went crazy. Due to his past war experience and state of extreme grief and depression, he started to fade into a form of post-traumatic stress. He started hearing things that weren't there, talking to people that weren't there, and all other manners of madness. It was clear to whomever he met that Sheogorath had laid waste to this man's mind, so eventually he just stopped going near civilization all together. He started to scavenge for food, hide in people's homes for shelter, steal from others, and got very good at sneaking. Eventually the young war hero from Cyrodiil became a distant memory, and the legend of the Mad Beggar became a startling reality.

    Why he traveled to Skyrim

He was starting to get attention from the people of Cyrodiil, so he tried to cross the border to Skyrim. And by the way he was bound up, knocked out, and lugged onto a cart I would say it didn't go as planned.

    Gear

Apparel: Fine Clothes, Fine Hat, Fine Boots, Gloves of the Pugilist. Because he left Cyrodiil with nothing except those clothes, they are all he has left of his family.

    Weapons:

    Abilities/Powers

Race: Breton (He is Imperial by birth, but his insanity has completely altered him as a whole. He no longer has the Imperial power to earn gold quicker, and instead gained the Dragonskin ability from facing rogue mages in the wilderness.)

    Stone: None

    Stats Distribution: 1/1/4

    Shouts: None

    Skills

Sneak: 100- The Shadow Warrior branch, not the Assassin's Blade branch

Pickpocket: 100- Every perk except Poisoned

    Lockpick: 100

Alteration: Only the branch needed for Mage Armor

    Perk Spread

    Gameplay

He travels the wilds, never getting too near civilization for too long. He has no money, except for enough for the rare carriage ride. He doesn't fast travel, and walks everywhere. He doesn't use potions or poisons, only eating food. It really helps with roleplaying it. So instead of drinking that new bottle of healing elixir you found, just drop it. Whenever you get food, hoard it until the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Walk for a night, eat in the morning at 9 am, then again at 12 pm, then at 7 pm again. Unlike the average Dragonborn, he can't wait 3 months before eating food. Also, make sure you now where the random roadside bedrolls in Skyrim are, so that way you can sleep. Once more, he is a hobo, not a superhero. Use a horse if you want, but don't run with it. Not everyone in Skyrim can ride for two days and two nights before stopping, otherwise their horses would be dead.

    Quests

Thieves' Guild: Only until Goldenglow. DO NOT DO GOLDENGLOW.

    Companions

None. Not even a dog. But I don't care if you have a horse.

    Combat

Fight everything with your fists. No weapons. No magic. No enchantments.

    HOWDY!!!

Skimming through it I thought this was a troll build. Upon reading the backstory I realized it was.

You really need some pictures, it looks unfinished with cooltext and no images.

What is the point of playing this character? What do you do? What is the Mad Beggar's legend?

The build is too $hort, you really don't explain much. Why doesn't the Mad Beggar have a dog? It would seem a fitting companion for a flirtatious vagabond. Instead of just telling us what and what not to do, also tell us why. I like the part about eating only food for health, as he is a starving beggar.

You need a perk spread (or at least list the perks with the level it takes to get them) or it'll get deleted in 24 hours.

Who is this based off of?

    EDIT:

    Ning is messing up.

I like the part about his race. You could've done something similar for not using weapons, because he has no excuse to not use weapons, they are everywhere in Skyrim. Maybe they remind him too much of the war or something.

It's better, but it still needs some work. Switch that first picture with a higher quality one.

Is anyone else going to comment?
