Oh and do you need Disarming Bash to stop the Aetherial Shield's effect or just Power Bash?

No, you need disarming bash for that one...

Now im only left wondering if stacking al the potions you list wil get absorbsion to 100... would be fun

    Hmmm, not sure Remy...

I had it pop to 90% at one point but drank another potion and gimped the effect. Pretty sure it's possible to get it to 90+, I'll be sure to post it into the table above after some experimenting...

Potions of 30, 40 and 50% stacked will take you to 105%.

    That's great.

Would be awsome if u got it to 100. Would make my build crafting free. That is, when I pull it out of the freezer.

I must also say this is the first sentinel I realy feel compelled to play, the others where beutifull to... But now its just more...

    That's cool! Does 20 + 40 + 50 get to exactly 100%?

    I'll take a look shortly!

Mason I love the build and I was just researching a bunch of the armor pieces and realized that the difference in the level of which armor pieces appear in the merchants list of items is not that much of a difference only maybe 5 or 6 levels.

Ex. The Dwarven Helmet of Eminent Destruction appears at level 17 (20% destruction) while the Dwarven Helmet of Major Destruction appears at level 15 (17% destruction)

Did you just wait until you were level 17 to buy all the high grade armor pieces or did you buy the lower level pieces while you were waiting for the higher grade ones to appear?

    +1

    @Twisted

I couldn't get anywhere near that mate...

With normal potions I was able to get 92% with a bit of messing around...

The nicest path was just Elixir + Philter + Elixir which resulted in 90% spell absorption...

EDIT: I think the necromage perk must have been involved during your playthrough...naughty boy!

    Thanks glove...

Level 17 comes pretty fast so just one dedicated shopping trip was enough for me, I did wear any dwarven enchantments I found in loot upto that point though...

    Cheers mate
