Shouts: Elemental Fury, Dismay, Fire Breath, Soul Tear, Become Ethereal.

Then in the Arms and Armor section- Elemental Fury is and will always be the Sentinels exclusive shout...

    So...which is it?

It should be 'major shout' LL...

    Thanks!

There is alot of gear Miraak, but I did pre-pick those enchants going into the build. They may be vanilla but definitely some of the best you're going to get...

"Runnng off to die like scalded cats". Am I sick for laughing at that mental image?

Mason, your attention to detail in your charcter builds never fails to impress me and all your perk choices are really well thought out. In this case it's the Recovery perk that got my intrest and I've been playing around wth it myself recently - it seems really well suited to low magicka pool classes.

About the Black Bow of fate and Enchanting, what levels were those skills at by level 50?

Thanks Phil, I tried my best to keep it brief but he actually has alot going on for such a 'normal' skill set...

Enchanting isn't in the build mate, although my enchanting is probably at around 20 - 25 from recharging items...

Black Bow's (and any other enchanted item you use for that matter) cost is reduced by the armor (upto 65%), it's cost is also reduced even more by the Sentinels overall destruction skill.

When looking at a weapons charges on uesp people always seem to forget that those are the base charges for the item for a noob character with low skills. It's the same as when you look at the base cost of fireball and it's in the 100's...

High skill in destruction will grant you more uses of any item you choose to use with an elemental or absorption effect. The Dwarven Sword of Flames that this character uses constantly can be recharged 50% with a common soul gem and it's enough to clear out Blackreach...

I know you mentioned haggling with merchants but I couldn't believe you found all that enchanted gear in shops or dungeons - assumed you must have a high unperked Enchanting skill or maybe a little glitch. Thanks for clarifying

As for the bow, you're saying the majority of damage came from it's enchantment being augmented by your Destruction perks and it's charges being increased by your magic armour? It's cool when you can rely on heavy damage without worrying about needing a high skill.

About your shouts, they all seem quite self explanatory bar Become Ethereal. To what use did you put this shout? I only ask because I'd normaly use it to close distance with magic users or to avoid dragion breath attacks, things this character need not fear thanks to Spellbreaker and magicka absorbsion.

Become Ethereal = Transport!! I can't stand heavy armors movement penalty at lower levels, it eases off once HA reaches about 50 but you're a slug at lower levels...

Soul Tear is used simply to fill soul gems, it's a solid 300 damage...

Soul Tear is cool. Nice use of Become Ethereal with a nice short cooldown.

All that equipment was purchased before level 20 and was funded by the dwarven bows I made from my visit to Nchuand Zel. I am a very firm believer in 'refreshing' merchants by killing them and re-loading, I'm not going to stand still for 48 hours waiting for their inventories to re-stock...

There is very little chance of finding all those items out in the wild, you will need to visit a merchant and spend about an hour piecing the set together... It's something I've done countless times in other rpg's and it's good fun to do in Skyrim considering the huge ammount of gold characters end up with...

It's funny that shopping can be one of the most fun aspects of the game, especially for no crafters; will this merchant have those Boots of the Fire Walker I really need? A good thing too considering the anount of time spent shopping in this game.

It adds impetus for dungeoon delving so that you can sell loot, like a carrot dangling before a donkey's nose.
