You know, you could use the Ebony Mail to add a fourth cloak.

The only issues would be roleplay issues, due to the fact it is an artifact of boethia. At the beginning they mention that they worship Meridian, Aura, and Molag Bal. Though, it could also be interpreted that the character may be "okay" with boethia too, perhaps even revering them.

Great build! I plan on starting my play through at the weekend.

I'm sorry for being a pain in ass but would you mind detailing what you did in the early levels? Is getting the Necromage perk first on the things to do list?

    Cheers.

I didn't pick up the Ebony Mail for several reasons. Firstly, its damage is negligible when you're already hitting 200+ with three cloaks (all it would add is 5 or so). Secondly, I wanted to stick to the robed wizard look, rather than a tanky warrior. Thirdly, I felt like having more Daedra in their pantheon wouldn't really make much sense. Since each Daedra has a purpose (Meridia is represented by their fire magic (Dawn magic), Azura by their ice magic (Dusk magic) and Molag Bal simply because their are deadly vampires) in this build, I felt it would be a tad silly to add another whose sole explanation for being part of the build is "we use their artefact". Ylva explained it pretty well in terms of roleplay, just thought I'd cover the other bases. You can use it if you want, I just felt it didn't have much place in the build.

Straight off the bat I went to Whiterun, hired Uthgerd, then went into Farengar's room and picked up The Aetherium Wars and the Red Eagle book. Reading those starts two key quests. I did Red Eagle's quest, then Lost to the Ages, which got me the Aetherial Crown before level 10. Did a bit of Dawnguard stuff, then once I was level 12 did the main quest up to Way of the Voice. Finished up the Dawnguard stuff (you need to free Florentius and complete a number of side quests for the Dawnguard to trigger Lost Relic), then grinded Restoration to 75 (I had been training it at every possibility along the way, so it wasn't too hard). Picked up Necromage and became a vamp. Around that time I started working on Alchemy, building a manor and doing other artefact collecting. From there it's a lot less rigid. Thanks for liking the build! Let me know how it goes!

A question from myself, since I already started my play through. How do you duplicate the scrolls J'zargo gives you? I had wanted to do that on a previous character a while ago.

As far as grinding restoration... I've always just gone to visit the greybeards and sat up at the path to parthurnax, spamming it ^.^

To duplicate the scrolls I go into the Ratway, drop my scrolls outside the entrance to the Ragged Flaggon, tell my follower to wait, get my follower to pick up the scrolls, save, enter the Ragged Flaggon, save again, leave the Ragged Flaggon, and my scrolls were there. There are other methods, but that one worked for me 100% of the time. And for Restoration I just pick up the Atronach Stone and head into Raldbthar. You can rubber band your controller triggers with the healing spells active to out heal the flames from the trap, and have constant Magicka to keep it going for as long as you want. Training is a tad more roleplay friendly, albeit more costly.
