    Does it have to be a champion of a hold or can it be someone who has a grudge against that hold in particular

    Saw the question and I might as well answer it. No it doesn't  have to be a Champion, as long as the character is interwoven with the Hold in question it could be anything (Check out the Old Mythic Dawn Contest, some of those builds go with the idea of not being a Champion of the Dawn if I remember correctly)

    I'm excited to see what comes out of this contest: Some seasoned veterans, some talented up-and-comers, and some pretty hard-hitting collaborations... a recipe for AWESOME ;D

    The way you describe the contestants makes me wonder if anyone will be left stand by the end of this
