Perhaps you could do a build based on say, Nito, First of the Dead?

After coming back from Dark Souls and to Skyrim, this build was a nice welcome. I remember on my first playthrough when I accidentally attacked Solaire and he became hostile. I didn't know you could make him 'not-so-pissed' again with Ozzy, and I killed him. Got sad and wore his stuff the rest of the game.

Aside from all of that, this really is a good build. I like the idea of considering shock magic to be holy like the miracles in DS, makes it all that much more similair. The lore was pretty well transferred to, it made it really seem possible that there was a 'sunlight covenant'. +1 man, I loved the concept
