The cries of a baby could be heard over the howl of the wind marking the existence of a new sun elf. However none could deny that the high priestesses child was different than the others. Her eyes were black, her skin nearly the colour of the dark elves, her hair was the only thing "normal" about her.
Her mother named her Ariel after the sun goddess Auriel.
Her mother died when she was a hundred years old and Ariel was sent to trial the very next day. They told her she was a half breed(half dark elf and half sun elf) and then they made her an outcast. With tears in her eyes she left the clan.

Without further ado I present to you the flame whisperer.

All sun elves worship the goddess of the sun which grants them powers to control the flames. Also they are skilled fighters as well as being enchanters and mages.

    BASE STATS

Race:Dark elf,I chose them because of their resistance to fire and their ability
    Stat spread: magic(3) health(1) stamina(0)
Standing stone: the mage stone to level up and then the lord stone
    Shouts: fire breath(all three words)

    PERKS

    Major skills:

-Destruction:Burn your enemies with intense flames, let none escape their searing pain. Novice-master,augmented flames,2/2 intense flames, double destruction, impact

-one handed:this will mainly be used against the undead as you will be using the sword dawnbreaker. However that doesn't mean she doesn't use it against other enemies but only when they get too close and you've ran out of mana. Used with a staff in the other hand. Armsman 5/5

-Conjuration:Summon your flame atronachs to aid you in batle and they also are create distractions as usually enemies will attack the atronachs allowing you to either heal yourself or shoot fireballs at their back. Novice-master,atromancy,twin souls

-Alteration:This is used to give you the upper hand in a fight like using skin spells or paralyzing your enemies. Novice-master,atronach,magic resistance

    Minor skills:

-Restoration:Use the sun's light to heal your wounds and create wards to fend off enemy attacks. Novice-master,regeneration,recuparation,avoid death

-Illusion:All sun elves hate having to kill animals,a trait shared by the wood elves meaning that instead of killing animals you cast calm on them when they attack you. Calm and atromancy

-Speech:You entrance peaple with your beuty and for some reason when you speak everyone turns to listen and feel compelled to do her biding. All of the perks yet save it till last as you will have to spend points on the rest of your more important skills

-Enchanting:One of the most underused skills in the game as alchemy is always favoured by other players and is also called the "adventurer's best friend" wich I find a bit weird because first you have to find an alchemy table to use it. Similar to your speech skill, get all of them but take your time.

-Light armour:Used for protection(well duh). Agile defender 2/5

    EQUIPMENT

    For equipment you shall use:
-Adept robes of destruction and adept hood
-Elven gauntlets of fortify one handed
    -Elven boots of fortify stamina
    -Golden ring of fortify magicka
    -Golden amulet of fortify healh

As for weapons you will use:

-Staff of incineration-Dawbreaker and if you want a silver sword

    -Dagger of magicka consumation

    QUESTS

    -College of winterhold
    -Bards college
    -Main storyline
-The companions(only till you reach the fire breath word)
-A break of dawn but no other daedric quests
    -Any radiant quest

    GAMEPLAY

Your main tactic will be to cast your two flame atronachs and shoot your enemies with your devastating fire magic. However when fighting magicians I got out my sword and after i paralyzed him/her/it i started attacking with my sword. Also when you've nearly run out of mana then a good tactic would be paralyzing the target, casting flame cloak and a skin spell and finally hit them with your magicka consuming dagger(I chose a dagger because they hit the fastest meaning you receive more mana). Against undead you shoot them with fire magic and when they are nearly dead hit them with dawnbreaker plus cast a fire cloak,a skin spell and a ward. Remember to cast calm on any animal that attacks.

    SPECIAL MOVES

-Hit them when they are down:this is basically hitting them when they are paralyzed. Same as above in the gameplay section

-Flame blizt:This is used when up against a lot peaple. Use firebreath, cast a fire cloak and quickly fire staggering fireballs(meaning having impact and using the explosive fireballs)

-Firestorm:Summon your two flame atronachs so your enemies attack them instead of you and cast a firestorm(master destruction spell)without being disturbed.

    CLOSING NOTES

This is my first build so any comments about making it better are more than welcome. Sorry about the lack of images but im using the mobile version so i can't. Also since i play the game in spanish some translations of the perks may be wrong.

You guys should tell me that I became a Character Building Host...You know I'm a little ticked off at that old Albino guy so I'll start deleting some of his builds. :P

Can I suggest that you should add a few images here and there?

Hi there Flame Master_26. First off I would generally recommend you don't upload from a mobile, a build not having pictures is something that turns people away because it just makes it a massive wall of text.

As I was reading through your build I saw several references to Races that don't exist in the Elder Scrolls, including so many references to these Races isn't a particularly good idea because, well they don't exist, basing a character off of them is a little odd when playing because of this.

Overall the build has a lot of grammatical and spelling mistakes  that you should really check over, based on your comment later on I would assume that English isn't your native language so I understand there being a few mistakes but just looking over it again could get rid of a few.

Your layout would need a lot of work but I'd guess that it's mostly because you posted form a mobile device. I'd recommend you look up some other builds to get an idea for how a build should look and what it should include.
