    It's the same reason people state the skills up top for, I'm just going into more detail as you go lower in the build.  The Build section of builds for me has always been the sort of introduction, then you go into more detail about the various aspects of it as you go further into the build. I've been doing this on all my builds since the Asasinni, and people have never mentioned it until now.

    Wow! A Heavy Armor, dual wielding, stealth fighter with super-charged stamina/health regeneration, some uber-powerful shout combos, and the ability to torch his enemies! I am unfamiliar with much of the DC universe, but I gotta check this Deathstroke guy out! :D

    Nice presentation and realization of your source concept... I can see why this was so eagerly awaited!
