Thanks, Phil!
I was concerned about adding that (my lore-fu is weak, and I was afraid of a misstep that would only serve as a distraction), but halfway through the write-up it became apparent that the build really needed more Skyrimizing. I'm glad it plays :D

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH YYYEEEEEAAAH!
In terms of gameplay, I have a newfound love for fragile hybrid characters who stand up to draugr and other massively evil beings and their wicked plans. My only concern is that Im making something so similar! xP But theres certainly enough undead to go around xD
The way you guys transformed the bells, using light, fits the crossworlds bit perfectly. It so cool seeing them Skyrimizied. Dumping magicka and then leaping into the fray with a silver sword, the exoticism of the spells, the fragility evened out with resourcefulness... You guys never disappoint.
I honestly haven't finished the trilogy yet, but I really love the world Abhorsen takes place in from what I've read thus far. So from that point of view, I am really really pleased with what you guys have done here, and I'm so glad that I have the perfect Abhorsen to pick up and play whenever I finish the series.
Awesome job again guys. I feel the need to say thank you for posting such awesomeness. I'll be rereading this a few times for sure, then I'll probably slap myself and start it up in lieu of my own playthrough tonight xP

You crack me up, Casey! xD
And thanks for the incredibly kind words! Lozhar came up with the idea of using a lantern, and then we organically moved to the idea of using the candlelight spell to simulate it from there. The man is brilliant ;D
Never fear about similarities: I've been looking back, and over half my builds revolve around wiping out the undead. Can't help it... it's what I do. I'd like to see what you come up with, cause it'll be AWESOME!
Speaking of literature, I'm halfway through the first book with Cugel. Man, Vance writes that story well! So much subtext and subtlety in the dialogue, and it's all hilarious (part of the reason I was so angry at stupidly losing so much of this build was that writing was putting my reading on hold xD). You said I'd like it, and...
BTW--haven't seen that movie in almost 20 years, and I still quote from it on a regular basis xD

I've taken a page from Chris Diokno and Borommakot, and have decided to include an optional link to music that seemed to have the right feel for the build.
And another link that is a bit less so ;D

I had noticed your propensity towards combatting the evil dead! Would you be adverse to a private message with the WIP I've got so far?
Oh man, I was holding off on asking you your progress on the Dying Earth in fear you weren't liking it! I'm glad I got the naked Farley stamp of approval on the recommendation though xD
His writing only gets better after Eyes of the Overworld, and Cugel's Saga is just superb, and Rhialto the Marvellous gets even better. How did you like the first set of tales?
