Here's Librari the (Test) Wizard modeling them after arriving at the Solitude docks.  I'm still trying to work out a couple issues with mods.  First off, everyone in Dragonsreach keeps turning hostile at some point after I start The Way of the Voice (this is bad).  It might be connected to Irileth returning, since she wasn't around previously and is the first to draw her weapon when I show up.  The second issue is with the Professions mod.  It's just such a nice touch for a ramblin' sorcerer... but I might have to toss it over failed activity detection scripts and crafting materials being eaten without giving me the product.  It's bad when I keep having to console my grilled wolf meat in at the fire!

Lol what exactly does your professions mod do? And I'm super jealous of your sheathed staff and lute!!! So cool :D Looks like everything is coming along nicely aside from some mod bugs. I hope you get that one squared away cuz it sounds like a gamebreaker.

Yeah, the lute is from the Become a Bard mod!  It's actually supposed to go up on the back, in the same position as a quiver, but I moved quivers to make space for backpacks.  Since this build uses Speechcraft, I have a few mods related to having a way with words, and being able to perform at inns for a free stay is a nice perk for our charismatic, robed wanderer.  Plus, Zep tribute! The sheathed staff is just a PC thing in general, pretty much everyone uses either Dual Sheath Redux or Equipping Overhaul, and they both put staves and shields on your back.

Professions is a mod that makes time pass when performing certain activities.  You get a "peace of mind" buff for stacking enough time from your profession(s), and it also has the benefit of tripling yield from ore veins and alchemy plants.  This isn't an alchemy build, but anyone using the Campfire mod would understand the benefits of tripling the amount of tinder they can harvest per plant. It's a great mod for immersion, and especially for wanderers!  But if it keeps giving me trouble I'll have to turn on Papyrus logging and check out what's going wrong as a last resort.

I was jealous of my past self while I was stuck playing on console.

While I'm here, I mentioned mods related to Speechcraft.  I added them because you use a few perks from the tree, but I don't think I ever understood what you meant by this until it clicked just a second ago:

Speech is lightly perked to great effect! By taking the Persuasion perk and leveling Speech to 53 you can persuade guards to let you off with a small bounty, raising your Speech skill even more! You can persuade every guard in town with this neat trick and can use Speech to help with the leveling since most of the spells we use are low level and don't offer too much experience.

I kept thinking to myself, "But this build doesn't even use alchemy or something like Mason's original Arcane Archer, so how is Speechcraft helping me train my Destruction etc.?"  But I get it now.  You didn't mean it like that.  You're talking about using grinding of Speech itself to get delicious perk points, aren't you?

Nailed it lol! Yeah once you get Persuasion and 53 in Speech you can super level I whenever you want along with all the perk points too.

Wish I had the equipment to do so. All my builds would have vids. I'd also have to ya the entire build over cuz I've deleted all my old save files :o
