It definitely still works post Patch 1.9. If you play on PC though, the Unofficial Patch doesn't allow Aspect of Terror to affect Flames. Also, as other commenters have mentioned, if you wait to perk Aspect of Terror until after you perk Augmented Flames 2/2 Aspect of Terror will offer +15 Dmg instead! It makes Flames very powerful! Thanks for the comment and don't forget to hit that "like" button if you haven't already :)

Ah, a chronomancer :) It's simple and extremely effective! Just activate Quick Reflexes off of an enemy's power attack by blocking. Then activate Slow Time as Quick Reflexes ends. You can mash the shout button if you want, it helps lol. Slow Time will last way longer than normal. You're shout cooldown will have hit zero long before the Slow Time ends. To end it quicker just wait for an hour in-game. Let me know how it goes!

Those cute little spirit wolves may not deal godly amounts of damage or survive for too long but this build makes them effective. I love your Mirage special move, and I think it will be fun to watch enemies slash and blast the Familiar and make not even a dent on him. If only Elemental Potency affects Familiars they will even be deadlier.

Oh, just four more likes till Legendary Alastor. You inspired one of my backup D&D characters, an Elven sorc, as well as gave me ideas for some builds in progress.

Zep is my favorite band of all time. You combined my favorite mage with my favorite band.

Two more likes till legendary! Fly you fools!

You're down with Zepplin too?! I guess that makes you the second coolest person on TSB ;D

I also added a tiny blurb on using unenchanted staves instead of the daggers below the perk spread for the truly pure mage. I may have to do another playthrough using a stave now. Such a fun character :)
