Ow my god, I totally forgot about it. When I started playing Skyrim, my character was a thief and I remember Pinewatch as one of the best places I had ever heisted. Dem' feels!

Hmm, maybe I'll make a Pinewatch video tomorrow...

I did that.... as soon as the 24 hours pass with the wait key, they are hostile again...

Steal... then leave... you know what else I could do to help that? Pacify....

Or I could just keep using calm... kill one, calm, kill the other, calm. Repeat until empty....

Why in the world would you wait right after using it? You use that time to escape... You are thieving wrong. And that means a ton as your name is Bryn(jolf).

    ...

Step one: Find a large group of enemies. Step two: Use Voice of the Emperor. Step three: Either kill all of them one by one or escape. Step four: Once you killed all of them or escaped, 'wait' 24 hours.

If you did it right, the enemies are either most, if not all, the enemies will be dead or very far away from you. Please pay special attention to step three.

I actually found using both to be extremely helpful... VotE is a fantastic panic button when you've got three or four Marauders in your face, and with no cast time it happens RIGHT NOW. Then when you start taking them down one by one (if you can't stand to let a bad guy alone and just sneak off), you still have all your magicka left for Calm spells (which early on take a huge chunk of magicka to cast).

Just because something is redundant doesn't make it useless ;D

Yeah, there's no reason whatsoever that they should be mutually exclusive.
