Gotta say I love your build, a little more than mine due to the durability and hardened nature of the character. The Dragonbone Cuirass was a very nice touch, which I'm also thinking of incorporating into my build but for my companion instead since Zurin enchanted it for someone else. Great lore by the way, all that Lorkhan stuff is amazing, I've never read much about it so I'm humbled by this.

    +1 definitely

You know, when I first read about this guy, and his name, it semed very.....Elvish, his name. Since Imperial names are generally Roman (and in at least one case Italian) based. His name doesn't really fit. Unless his parents weren't Imperials and he was found/adopted

It's impossible to say really. Although I'd like to think that Shezzarines are typically humans because they view Lorkhan in a positive light. Could you imagine if a High Elf were Shezzarine? He'd hate himself lol

Thanks! I really wanted to capture the tactical Inperial Battlemage that Arctus was. I originally had no intention of creating the Dragonbone Cuirass but after I read the lore it seemed like a fun challenge. Besides, nobody really uses Dragonplate Armor too often in builds and I wanted to make it really mean something to the build. I love the effects I chose for it! They really make it feel like a powerful artifact :)

Hey just want to say i really love the quality of this build. The lore, the rp, everything. +1 like isnt enough I think, but it's one less to Reach 100 i Guess. I have never really cared to play the Battle mage style, and only recently played some mages, but this would be something i'd really care to play.

That said, could you give me a quick rundown of approx. when you do what? I never really grinded smithing because im fond of leveling naturally, but for example when did you Level smithing compared to starting the college and Level destruction etc

Thanks for the appreciation Tolveor! I researched tons of lore to bring it all together and it was definitely worth it!

As far as order of events, it's a bit mixed up. I'll have to double check my completed quests on that file but I believe I start the Civil War but broke off to get the Mace of Molag Bal for an early power weapon. Then I completed Lost to the Ages and went on a smithing spree. Raided the Dwemer Museum and completed Unfathomable Depths followed by another smithing spree, reaching 100 Smithing at this point.

Destruction will be your main offense so if it's lacking at any time, visit Faralda at the College. I don't think I actually completed the College but used it mostly for training and spells.

Right after crafting the Dragonbone Armor, I completed the Main Quest up to Parthurnaax (don't forget to walk away instead of shouting at him). Afterwards I completed the Civil War and I think I even did Dawnguard on my playthrough. Although, the Civil War quests were completed randomly throughout the whole process. I wanted it to feel like a much longer campaign than it is.

Cool. I'm gonna start one now, first one in 2 months and my game is heavily modded so i prob have to approach it a bit differently. exited to get started though!

Awesome Tolveor! Yeah, the Unofficial Patch may have patched that Parthurnaax exploit which would be a bummer cuz it's essential to recreate that Dragonbone Cuirass enchantment.

Your interpretation of The Tower Stone is definitely one I'll be referencing back to later. Great idea that! That cuirass is epic too

Im gonna save before i go up and maybe install an 'unfix' for it when i get that far. If its fixed with that patch that is. Probably gonna make an album for him anet some screenshots going to, so can watch for that if interested. Currently Lvl 7 joined legion and college and killed the first dragon. What bugs me as always is the curious lack of Trainers in the legion. They are supposed to be elite soldiers Who take on recruits...
