Nice build, there isn't much I can see that needs to be worked on at all but I think breaking up the character progression might be a good idea it seems a little long but nothing that damages the build in any major way. +1 from me

I like this. Some of the specials are clever, and yet while some are not so special and simply one spell, theyre well described and suit the theme of the build so very well. 

As far as what to cut down, I suggest cutting the portions of the write up where you're describing your trial and error experience. You're past that phase and have put forth a full build. Put on paper the final product. What worked for this build in the end. Theres no need for readers to read up on the trial and error that went into the build.

I've decided this is going to be my very cruel and sadistic take on a no kill build... Or rather a very limited kill build. With illusion and conjuration(?) The kill stats won't go up, so far as I can tell.

Yes they will :/   Kills by your reanimated or summoned creatures count as a Kill, kills by followers too. And using Fury counts as an assault but who the crazy person kills or if he/she is killed it doesn't count as a full kill. Just the assault.
