Fortify Two Handed really should go on rings and necklaces, but it is up to you. You could carry around multiple rings and necklaces, each pair used to fortify a certain skill. But then you'd have to shuffle them around for each situation.

As my partner Harry pointed out when I suggested light armor perks, this build is really about heavy offense rather than defense. We prioritized quick, hard hitting attacks (either in Sneak or with the Slow-Time shout), with movement and block as our main defense, (plus the Absorb Health enchants on weapons). You may find your character skills a little bit too spread-out if you add light armor perks.

Both 'spelled' and 'spelt' are perfectly correct English, the latter is simply more prevalent in British English rather than American. Not sure why I use it though, seeing as I spell everything else the American way. Habit, I suppose.
