Can the special task be done before finishing up the main part of the Thieves Guild or can it just be done whenever with the side jobs?

I'm a strong believer in the ethos that even dead horses can be sold if pitched and presented correctly. That is to say even though this build has been done a million times hitherto, you can still make a good build out of it by presenting it in a completely new light and manner. Sadly, you haven't done that, and so we're left with a clichéd build that at many points even contradicts itself. I suggest proof-reading or checking your build with another member prior to posting, just for clarification on the quality and/or originality. I hope you give build making another go, but, as it stands, I think I'll hold back my +1.

The champions cudgel is on the island. It has an imperial insignia on it. I think you should have a house and put it on a weapon rack to salute the deceased general Falx Carius of the imperial legion. Even though he trys to kill you unwillingly. He was a well respected general 200 years ago before he died. And are you gonna do the thirsk mead hall quests? Or the tel mithryn quests?

I have not done so in the Ranger house, but I typically tend to hang the Champions Cudgel, along with various Imperial weaponry, in the basement of Proudspire Manor, along with the heavy Imperial armor and closed Imperial helm and Penitus Oculatus armor on the mannequins, as a tribute to the Empire and the Legion. And the radiant/assorted other quests are at your disrection, do you feel the Ranger would undertake such missions or not? I did Tel Mithryn the first time around and did not the second, so its a matter of preference. I would lean towards doing it, as you are restoring order and peace to the island of Solstheim. Thirsk Mead hall you can do to restore the nords to their home and put down the Riekling uprising.

How do you like the build?

The special tasks can be done before finishing the Thieves Guild. In fact I'm pretty sure you don't even have to do the Honningbrew meadery quest.

It's nice to see that some people show interest to the Imperial race, and also, the theme of this build is overall attractive, maybe it needs to be a bit more organised though

    Thanks for the feedback!

I had liked the idea of a ranger-style build in the past, and decided to combine it with a race I hardly ever play, the Imperials. I like how it turned out, but I definitely plan on playing through one more time to sort out the finer details and organize the page accordingly later. Glad you enjoyed!

The build seems to set out a way the character should be like and behave, then goes everywhere with the contradictions.

What contradictions do you mean? If I have missed something please elaborate!

You can get Linwe's Hood prior to Nightingale quest.
I use that and guild master hood now
