You don't have to go vampire for this build, it's mostly cosmetic. Although the illusion and sneak bonuses are great, and being dunmer combats the fire weakness. The pale skin is what drew me to it most though. The enchants on the daggers are for health and magicka sustain and the slow from the frost damage (trying to replicate the slow from Two-Shiv poison) The enchants on jewelry help reduce the cost to cast invisibility as we have a low magicka pool. And you can't go wrong with fortify one-handed for the extra damage. I suppose if you didn't want the extra damage or reduced magicka costs, you could go with some extra health or magicka.
