I've played Oblivion, it's just the name was Wind Caller, when in Oblivion it's Cloud Ruler, so I thought it was another temple they had

"Blades Shield of Peerless blocking - Block 40% more damage with your shield

Blades Gauntlets of Peerless Wielding - One-handed attacks do 40% more damage

Blades Boots of Warmth - Increases Frost Resistance by 70%"

NOTE: These enchantments are extremely hard to get.

No kidding, they're extremely hard to get because they don't even exist! You can't find Blades equipment with generic enchantments like that, since the only sets in the game are unenchanted. Are you sure you playtested this? Also, you forgot the chest piece enchantment.

Also, I find your backstory highly unbelievable, as it means that the Thalmor waited until 4E 201 to attack Cloud Ruler Temple, despite the Great War having started 30 years prior, and ended in 4E 175.

They exist if you enchant them.

And i'm not sure what to say about the dates, I still think it as believable.

Perhaps it was a small(ish) resurgent group of Blades who returned to their temple before being discovered and attacked, once again, by the Thalmor. In that scenario I think it's believable if you can argue a reason for the Thalmor not just destroying Cloud Ruler the first time. Maybe they left it burning to make an example but never completely wrecked the place.

So, what makes the enchantments hard to get then? Also, if they're self-enchanted, then why do they have the exact names and and values of their generic enchanted counterparts?

Let me explain why I think your backstory in unbelievable. Let's give your backstory the benefit of the doubt and say that your character escaped Cloud Ruler Temple in 4E 175, the tail end of the Great War, and also the last year Cloud Ruler could've been put under siege. From there, your character escaped north to Skyrim, where he gets captured by the Imperials and the events of the game begin. Since the start year for the game is 4E 201, that means he would've spent 26 years riding from Cloud Ruler Temple to Skyrim, a fact that is made all the more ridiculous given the proximity between the two.

It's revealed in Skyrim that Cloud Ruler Temple was destroyed, right down to the archives, which is ironic because the archives was the one thing the Thalmor actually wouldn't want destroyed. Beyond that, if it was really a resurgent group of Blades, then that should've been mentioned somewhere along the line.

I really like this. You definitely put in the effort to avoid a basic build and all the little touches are there from rebuilding the blades as a diverse, cohesive unit to capping magic resistance to allow a melee character to survive dragon fights.

If you'd indulge me, think of some extra special moves (ideally involving dragons) and give as much for the character to do. Try to think of extra things, such as mastering the thu'um more or finding all books related to dragons. Good job though, you've already earned a like.

Everything doesn't have to be carved in stone. Lets just say that we agree to disagree and that you could bend the back-story to make it accurate..

But I will re-write the back-story anyway, it seems to be causing up a stir so I'll think of something different.

It's (i find) quite hard to get  to the level to get those enchantments. I was trying to say it would be extremely hard to get armor with those enchantments. I just obviously worded it wrong.

I named each part to make it sound a little more interesting instead of just...

"Blades Gauntlets - Increase fire resistance by 70%"
