For instance, this is the Wraith Ranger, mine is the Black Ranger, maybe you could go for the White Ranger (JK), or the Shadow Ranger?

Shadow Ranger is reserved for now then, but the build will possibly end up with another name. I've got something perfect in mind, completely loyal to the TES universe. Wait and see ;-)

He doesn't wear a hood and I think Ulfric's armor would look more like the actual character's armor from the game also for sneak attacks i would use a dagger because that's what he uses for sneak attacks. Great build though I'm going to try it out.

As Chris said, the Dark Ranger armor included with the pre-order has a hood :P And I will just quote form the build: "...this build is not a recreation of 'Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor', it is inspired by this game and as this, the build should be seen." ;)
