    The Marsh Monster

The Marsh Monster is an Argonian serial killer who roams the marsh's of Skyrim. His victims fall prey to his skill at remaining undetected. Most don't even see him coming. He simply shoots them down with his poisoned arrows, staying hidden in the marsh. Should you get close enough to him he'd most likely retreat back into the marsh, knowing that nobody is stupid enough to come in after him.

It has been told that once he kills you he takes you into the water of the marsh and eats you. Those rumors happen to be true. The Marsh Monster worships and gains power from Namira, who accepts him for his true nature.

    Race: Argonian

    Stone: The Serpent

Stats: 1 Health/2 Stamina. You will be bashing a lot as well as zooming in quite a bit. You won't need as much health because you won't be getting hit while taking enemies out at a distance.

    Major Skills:

Sneak- You will need to remain undetected in order to properly kill your prey. This skill will prove invaluable as you get into the Marsh Monster feel. Take Stealth 1 and go up the right side to Deadly Aim, and up the left to Shadow Warrior.

Archery- Using a bow and arrow will allow you to kill your enemies at a distance without getting detected. Take all perks except the 2nd in Steady Hand or the 2nd/3rd in Critical Shot.

    Minor Skills:

Alchemy- Alchemy will allow you to poison your arrows so you can kill the prey faster. Also, potions to aid your sneaking will help. Go up the left side only to Green Thumb, take Snakeblood also, as well as all in Alchemist.

Block- Block with a bow? This isn't Oblivion! Well, you can still bash. Bashing let's you stun your enemies when they get within melee range so you can continue to shoot at them. You also get experience by bashing, so don't worry about having to level it another way. Only go up the right side to Disarming Bash.

    Equipment:

    Dark Brotherhood Armor

You won't be taking skills in light armor, but the enchantments work in your favor, as well as they are dark, allowing you to blend into the environment better.

    The Ring of Namira

The Marsh Monster worships Namira because she is the only one who accepts him for who he is. When you kill your victim, take a bite, the extra stamina it grants is very good, as well as the health fortification and the health regeneration.

Quests: The Taste of Death and the Dark Brotherhood questline. Any other that you see fit.

    The Build

There were once rumors. Rumors of a monster that haunted the marshes around Skyrim. If any would dare go near, they would fall victim to the monster. But now, the rumors have been proven true. The Marsh Monster was caught one day. A man came near the marshes, a man with a horse. He had taken a break at the marshland, but then the Marsh Monster came upon him. The man got on his horse and ran, but the Marsh Monster couldn't let someone escape with knowledge of his appearance. So he followed the man on the horse. But when they drew near the Skyrim-Cyrodiil border, they were both captured, by the Imperial Legion.

The Marsh Monster managed to escape the beheading, mysteriously, but the man with the horse did not. The Marsh Monster, who was now recognized to be an Argonian, fled back to the marshes around Falkreath. It was there that he found an assassin. They approached the Marsh Monster, and told them of the Dark  Brotherhood's knowledge of his skills. Then the assassin offered the Marsh Monster a job, a job with them. He gladly accepted, realizing that now people knew that he wasn't an actual monster, just an Argonian.

    Gameplay

Stay at a distance from your enemy. First, take notice of many spots that you can potentially hide at. Take cover behind one and snipe the enemy down with an arrow coated in poison. Keep moving, while remaining undetected, so that no one can find where you are. If you are spotted and cannot take them down from range, bash them and continue firing arrows at them. If all else fails, retreat back into the water if it's nearby. Most enemies won't be able to reach you if you're at the bottom of a lake!

When fighting a group of enemies, try to take out the closest first, and if you can reach them without getting too hurt from the other enemies, eat them, then retreat back to one of your hiding spots. Make sure that if you already have Namira's Blessing and you go to eat someone else that you have more than 50 health, as you can die from doing so.

Thank you, and I know, I just couldn't really think of anything else that was a necessity for this build.

Getting block for the sole purpose of bow-bashing? I like it. Never considered that before. My first +1 :)
