Hello everyone, this is my first Skyrim character build. I found this website when looking for a character build to play and seeing all these amazing and creative character builds I was inspired to create this. I'd love some constructive criticism on my first build. But now, without further adieu,

You were born into a family of Imperials in Bruma, Cyrodiil during the year 4E 169. Your father belonged to an elite group of warriors called the Glacia. The Glacia had mastered the use of frost and ice in battle and used it to their advantage in almost every fight they had. You were to join the Glacia when you came of age but in 4E 171 the Great War began and the Aldmeri Dominion invaded your homeland of Cyrodiil.

Your father and the rest of the Glacia were to fight in it. You and your mother waited for years and years but the Glacia never returned. Even when the Great War ended and years after that they never came back. You decided in 4E 184, at the age of 15, you would train in the art of ice and frost and become a Glacia like your father would have wanted you to. You asked the court wizard to help you train in the art of destruction spells and he accepted so you began your training. You trained hard and you learned a lot from the wizard but when you had been taught all the wizard could teach you, you decided you'd like to join the College of Winterhold in Winterhold, Skyrim and continue your training there.

You began your journey to Winterhold at the age of 32 in 4E 201 but while crossing the border over to Skyrim you were detained by a group of  Imperials and from what you gathered they must have thought you were a Stormcloak soldier.

When you escaped from the Imperials you decided to follow Ralof because you knew you couldn't forgive the Imperials for trying to kill you. Once out of Helgen, you often found yourself staring out at the beautiful land of Skyrim and decided to make it your goal to traverse the entire land of Skyrim and mark every part of the land on your map. You did not forget of your goal to get to the College of Winterhold though to continue to learn about frost and ice magic.

Race: Imperial; all of the skills start off higher levels and Cyrodiil is Imperial homeland.

    Main Skills(In Order):

Destruction; you utilize all ice destruction spells you have in battle.

One-Handed; when you're out of magicka or in close enough range you will use your one-handed, frost enchanted sword.

Heavy Armor; you think heavy armor suits you better than light because it negates more damage and you will be in the battle rather than sneaking past it

    Sub-Skills(In Order):

Block; you like to block any damage you can so you take minimal damage and deal maximum damage.

Enchanting; you like to add magicka and ice enchantments to your weapons and armor to help you in battle.

Restoration; you heal yourself with a mixture of restoration spells and potions that you make.

Alchemy; you create your own potions to sell and use in battle for an advantage.

Speech; when you need to you can persuade, bribe or intimidate people to gain an advantage for yourself.

Stone: Start off with the Mage Stone then move to the Atronach Stone if or when you feel the need.

    Stats(Every 10 Levels): Health: 4, Magicka:4Stamina: 2.

Dragon Shouts: Frost Breath, Unrelenting Force.

Equipment: Enchanted Steel Plate Armor(Some kind of magicka effect), Chillrend or some other frost enchanted weapon, any shield.

Follower: Some kind of melee follower to take the enemy's attention while you use magic from afar.

Battle Strategy: When walking towards the enemy use frost destruction magic and when you get close to the enemy take out your sword and shield and use your melee fighting. Or if you have a follower, make the follower attack the enemy with their melee and use your frost destruction from afar to take out the enemy.

    Level 25 Perk Tree Choices

    Level 45 Perk Tree Choices

    Goal:

    1. To find and mark every location on the entire map of Skyrim.

    2. Complete the College of Winterhold quest line.

    3. Help those in need(Donate to the poor, complete quests for those that need them done).

    Special Attacks:

Unrelenting Frost: Unrelenting Force, then use destruction frost magic while your follower uses melee, then when recharged use Frost Breath.

Frost Combo: Shield Bash, then power attack with sword then use Frost Breath then destruction magic until you're out of magicka, then unrelenting force, then melee on the enemy until he dies.

Pretty well presented for a first time build.

The tagging needs to be fixed. Also, your special moves don't feel that special. There's nothing that really distinguishes them from attacking and casting normally.

I actually Really Like This Build,
I really like the idea of "The Glacia"
Hadn't Ever Heard Of Them Before , Are They Something You Made Up Or Part Of The Elder Scrolls Lore?
+1 From Me, Can't Wait To Head Home and Try It

They are something I made up though the history(great war) is accurate, I tried to make it as realistic as I could. Thanks for the comment!

I like the backstory and name a lot, the layout is also pretty nice but as Curse never dying said work on the special moves a bit, +1 from me though!

    Great idea behind this build!

Few things, You probably don't need to say that cyrodiil is the homeland of the imperials, and the special moves arn't very relevant or creative. You should try to come up with names that fit the backstory and tell why they are special to that character, while coming up with move descriptions that are not so specific, but people will still know what they entail :)
