Sure, but the whole point of this build is to use the Cursed Ring.

Also, good God I hate how the Savior's Hide looks.  Probably because I only play male characters.

This is an amazing build that I have tried out myself. While you may not have had the chance to morph into a werewolf in town, I have done so on three different occasions, definitely bringing in the feral aspect of this build. Even with the random changes, this build has been a blast to play. +1 from me.

Wonderful  (+1).  I've played a two-hander, with just block and no armor - it works on ironman master.  I love the role-play aspects of the werewolf - the 'random' change element really makes this very tempting to play.  And how did I miss this build?

taking down a dragon in beast mode is way to easy. I took down a normal dragon in one ''sprint power attack'', a blood dragon in about 3. but easy to harvest souls tolearn shouts.

Always love your nordic oriented builds, Paul, and this one is no exception. Liked, of course.

Hey Paul, been playing this build recently (truly brilliant, as I've said before) and I transformed in Whiterun after a fast travel. Inside the city, in the Whiterun cell. Keep in mind this was after fast travelling, so that might have affected it, but I thought you only transformed in skyrim, outdoors and such? Normally I don't fast travel on heavy roleplaying builds like this, but I couldn't be bothered to go from Riften (I think) all the way to Whiterun. It was amazing, as I was just walking from the gates when the screen suddenly flashed, I thought "Oh crap!" and I transformed. After killing a couple of guards and townsfolk, I has to flee, and manages to get all the way to Solitude in beast form! I did make a few occasional stops to kill a couple of random passers-by, but I made it anyway! I reverted somewhere across the river from the saw mill, and walked into the city from there. Thankfully it hasn't happened in any other cities. And one question: you say no guilds, but what about the thieves guild? That seems to suit his brutal nature pretty well, as the quests are pretty thuggish. Would that go against roleplay?

Huh, that's never happened to me - unfortunately, I might add!  I would love to be surprised by a random transformation in a town.

The thieves guild might be a good fit, depending on how you picture your outlaw.  For me, the guild is too much of an organization, if you follow - it doesn't fit my own idea of a solitary badass.

Of course, it *is* fun to play the guild quests against type, and just brutishly hack your way through all those missions where you're "supposed" to be sneaking around (something I tried with another build of mine, the Pit Fighter).  I guess that approach could work here as well.  Up to you!

Cool thanks. I haven't had the transformation happen again in a city, so it might have been a fluke. And as for the guild quests, I wouldn't go too far into them, just enough to increase my infamy as I randomly transform mid-quest.
