Heavy Dragonborn Spoilers. Since I first saw it, I've loved Morag Tong armor. Oddly, I hate the look of Chitin, but the colors of the Morag Tong Armor make it look amazing in my opinion. I've also had a lot of fun using the Ash spells. I wanted to make a build that used both. Since both of these create a grey neo-noir look when used in conjunction, I wanted to try and make it visually look like you (but just your character) was in black and white, and I enjoyed the results! Thanks again to Vazgen for the amazing screenshots. So now, I give you:

    THE ASH HUNTER

    The Backstory/Build:

As a young Morag Tong assassin, well trained in Alchemy, you were sent to Solstheim to publicly execute the leader of the East Empire Trading Company in the area. The man was wanted for larceny and theft of Ebony ore in the Raven Rock area. However, you botched the mission, and the Morag Tong expelled you from the order. Now, shunned from your peers, you decided that you would stay on Solstheim and learn how to cast magic that allows you to shoot ash from your body, as well as create cyclones, fire, move quickly, and even slow time with your voice.

    Race: Dunmer

    Standing Stone: Lord Stone

Quests: The Dark Brotherhood, Mages Guild, Main Quest (up to Alduins Bane), Served Cold, The White Phial

Shouts: Fire Breath, Slow Time, Whirlwind Sprint, Cyclone, Marked For Death

Skill Spread: 4/5/1 every 10 levels.

    The Ash Hunters Abilities (Skills)

One Handed: This is the Ash Hunters main form of offense. Used mostly when he is sneaking in conjunction with ash magic and in close skirmishes with the enemy. His blade is blessed by Mephala, and is also embedded known to embody fear. Armsman (5/5), Bladesman (3/3), Fighting Stance, Savage Strike, Critical Charge, Paralyzing Strike

Destruction: The Ash Hunters main ranged attack. The Ash Hunter has trained in fire magic to imbed his weapons with powerful fire enchants.  It is also used in defense in the form of runes and fire cloaks, as well as a ranged attack when getting close to his enemy is not an option. Novice - Adept Destruction, Rune Master, Augmented Flames (2/2), Intense Flames

Alteration: The Ash Hunter has become adept at using ash and paralysis to his advantage to help incapacitate his target, as he quickly dispatches the other enemies around. He is also able to create more protection for himself through the use of magic. Novice - Expert, Stability, Dual Casting

Light Armor: The Ash Hunters armor has forever been melded with him; his inability to remove his armor has forced him to adapt to using it in a more efficient and deadly way. Agile Defender (5/5), Custom Fit, Matching Set, Unhindered, Wind Walker, Deft Movement

Sneak: The Ash Hunter has trained himself to stay in the shadows if need be. He can spy on his target without the target even knowing that he is there. He will also be able to kill the target before the target even knows what happened. Stealth (2/5), Backstab, Muffled Movement, Light Foot, Silent Roll, Silence, Shadow Warrior

Alchemy: The Ash Hunter is a master at making deadly poisons such as paralysis, health/stamina/magicka damage, slow, and weakness to fire/poison, as well as potions that buff your the Ash Hunter's power and resistances, as well as restore his health, stamina, and magic. Alchemist (5/5), Physician, Poisoner, Benefactor

Enchanting: Enchantments that the Ash Hunter put on his armor before the eruption allowed him to sneak more efficiently, allow his sword to do more damage, buff his armor a bit, and lets him use magic more freely. He also imbedded fire magic and health absorbing properties into his sword after it was blessed by Mephala. Enchanter (5/5) Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter, Extra Effect, Fire Enchanter

The Ash Hunters Weapons and Equipment:

The italicized enchantments come after Extra Effect Perk. Get multiple sets of the Morag Tong Armor

Ash Hunter's Ring: Silver Ring (Fortify Destruction, Fortify Sneak)

Mephala's Rage: Blades Sword (Fire Damage, Absorb Health)

    Gameplay/Tactics:

This build is made to be a sneaky assassin/bounty hunter who is able to quickly incapacitate enemies if seen with Ash Runes; However, this build also has the ability to become hyper-offensive, with it's powerful sword, fire or whirlwind cloak,  and his ability to quickly move around the battlefield with Whirlwind Sprint, as well as having the ability to use Slow Time shout in order to quickly get behind the enemy.

Poisons should also be used extensively. Some poisons that I found useful were Poisons that slowed down enemies, paralysis poisons, a frenzy/whirlwind sprint combo, and poison weakness poisons before using a lingering/ravage health damage poison.

Finally, to make this build more fun, and more challenging, I only used five shouts. I used Fire Breath when you go on the offensive, Marked for Death to weaken the opponents armor, Whirlwind sprint to either get behind or in front of an enemy or flee a situation where you are vastly outnumbered or ash/paralysis spells are ineffective, and Slow Time, for when you go on the offensive as well. One tactic I found fun to use was when an enemy would flee from your fire damage, Whirlwind Sprint in front of the enemy, and place an ash rune in front of him. It will encase him and you have caught your bounty. Overall, finding fun ways to use only five shouts was part of the fun.

Well, that's the end of my experimentation with a black and white character. I loved being able to play an assassin who could hold his own in open combat, without being either a Vampire Lord or a Werewolf. It was a challenge in open combat, but overall the build was a rewarding experience. JUST FYI, I HAVE HUGE PLANS TO TAKE THIS BUILD AND EXPAND ON IT IN A NEW BUILD SOON. MUCH LIKE THE BRONZE SENTINEL AND THE CORRUPTED SENTINEL BY MASON, THEY ARE TWO BUILDS THAT WILL HAVE THEIR OWN PAGES. If you would like to see some of my other builds they'll be below. Enjoy!

     - The Skaal Outcast - Mzund: Paladin of the Dwarves -  The Nightstrider - The Telvanni Mechromancer

One thing I did differently is I actually put the perks on the page rather than link them to skyrim calculator. Do you guys like the perks on the page more, or should I stick with Skyrim Calculator?

Maybe both? I think that the calculator gives you a clearer overview of them all. Neat build! I never really loved dunmer, but I really dig the fire, ash, and shadows aesthetic / theme.

There is a quest with the dragonborn dlc where you have to protect someone important from an assassination attempt and after finding a bunch of clues, you find out that the Morag tong are planning on killing him... You must kill them, you get their armor that way

I like them on the page better and I like this build. I love that armor too and was trying to incorporate it in a build but nothing felt right. This is pretty much what I had in mind. +1

I like how you talk about the Morag Tong and then mention the spoiler.
