Of course it's stupid, not just because it's a logical fallacy, but for Game Mechanical reasons.  That's the point, she ain't real bright.

    Nice!

Changed to Items out of semantics.

Bandit's aren't "Arrested on sight," neither are Thieves, nor Assassins.  I also haven't seen anything to suggest they aren't allowed in cities.  Changing "Bandit" to "Barbarian" to avoid confusion.

Have you never had that random encounter with a thief inside a city? The guards chase him down and kill him... Yeah, they are attacked on sight, and assassins aren't attacked on sit because if people know they are assassin's they deserve to be killed cause they failed their job... And a bandit: definition; A robber or outlaw belonging to a gang and typically operating in an isolated or lawless area. Yeah, athey are going to be either attacked or arrested.

Except every member of the Thieves' Guild that hangs around on the streets of Riften, blocking bridges in full TG armor so there can be no doubt.  Let's follow your rationale to it's logical conclusion, eh?

Bandit(Skyrim): A random NPC, or member of the Bandits faction seen in the wilds of Skyrim.  See also: Reaver(Dragonborn DLC)...

I have seen Bandits on the streets of Falkreath.  They can be kited in from the Stockade Bridge on the way there, and they wheren't attacked by Guards unless they break the law by attacking someone (Namely you.)  Try it.

You only see them in the wild, but that doesn't causually lead to the inescapable conclusion that they are therefore banned.  They rob for Money, which is pretty useless for anything except Peddlers, Skooma Dealers, and the Khajiit Caravans, so how do they spend their ill gotten gains?  Wait for one of the above to come by, then engage in barter rather than defaulting to "You picked a bad time to get lost, friend!"

Where do they buy their Mead?  Or, do they just save their money, which obviously explains why they average tens of coins, because they just suck at it, and are distracted by teh shiny?

What do you suggest instead?  I already changed it to Barbarian in the build because you obviously haven't thought it through.  I know, I'll just stop posting, because I obviously have nothing worthwhile to contribute.  That'll make you, and your ilk somebody elses' problems.

She doesn't have to, I suspect that suggestion would go over about as well as trying to explain why she ignorantly disguises herself as a Bandit to keep a lower profile.  Great suggestion, and certainly something you could do, but I'm not risking the addition.

She kills Vampires, there's lots of them in every Hold.  One of the reasons I went back to the Companions long enough to join the Circle, so she doesn't have to worry about beating up Silver Hands for Hawk Feathers too...

I'm not familiar with "Benvahkiin", and couldn't find it in a Search.  Is this a reference to Ben C?

Thankfully, this one's still here.  (Whew!)  Since you're also the Mod who's given me the most help, in between threats to delite them, you got any more pointers on this one?  She's done to my satisfaction, but that doesn't mean there's no room for improvement...

I'd call you more of a Deliteist, you put the Elite in Delete.
