*Update* After the amount of helpful replies I was able to edit the build a bit.  Thanks for the help guys!

This is my first build: The Balrog. This build is based off of the Balrog from the Lord of The Rings series.

    The Balrog

Deep within the Red Mountain lies the Balrog, wielding his power of fire to destroy everything in his path.

    Race: Dunmer (Dark Elf)

    Stone: The Atronach

Main Skils: Destruction, One-Handed, Heavy Armor

    Minor Skills: Smithing, Conjuration, Enchanting

Thu'um: Fire Breath with Dragonborn Flame ability

Weapon: Balrog's Whip (Fiery Soul Trap/Fire Damage)

    The Build

I chose Dunmer because of their 'Ancestor's Wrath' racial ability. It allows them to charge into battle and burn enemies. Dunmer also are 50% to fire. With the armor enchants, the Balrog has the ability to resist most fire damage.

The Atronach Stone fortifies magicka by 50 points and grants 50% spell absorption. We need the magicka to use higher level destruction spells in order to defeat tougher enemies. The spell absorption helps the Balrog survive against mages.

The Balrog uses conjuration to summon Flame Atronachs to fight along his side in battle. Once you have a level 100 conjuration, you will be able to summon two stronger atronachs to fight with you.

Dragonborn Flame will create a Fire Wyrm from the corpse of a foe killed by the Fire Breath shout.

    Level 50 Perk Placement

    Stat Placement - 2/3/2

We are going to be using Daedric as our main category for weapons and armor. Once you receive the quest the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, travel to Solstheim and speak with Ralis Sedarys to get the Unearthed quest. You may follow the build or use Ahzidal's armor, which has its own enchants. We will be using Ahzidal as our helmet. I know you may say that the daedric helmet is better but Ahzidal's helm gives 50% Resist Fire and Fire spells do 25% more damage..

    Abilities

    Fire Up

You ignite yourself and rush into battle, burning all in your path. All targets on fire take extra damage. All of your dead enemies are sent to the Red Mountain to be reborn as Ash Spawn.

Requires: Ancestor's Wrath, Balrog's Whip, Conjure Ash Spawn

    Searing Flames

You inhale air and exhale flame, incinerating all enemies that stand before the mighty Balrog. Your adrenaline increases forcing you to create multiple fire balls to hurl at your foes.

Requires: Fire Breath, Apprentice-Expert Fire Spell

    Double Demon

You summon two of the best demons in all of Skyrim and allow them to fight at your side. They arise at your feet and follow the commands of their master.

Requires: Twin Souls Perk, Conjure Flame Atronach

    True Form

You harness the power of a true demon, absorbing the souls of all of the dead and making the ultimate spell to vanquish all living. The fire ravages their viens which weakens their power.

Requires: Fire Storm, Ancestor's Wrath, Balrog's Whip

Hope you guys enjoyed the build! Be sure to leave recommendations on how I can improve the build! Thanks!

Playing this build as a vampire lord would've been awesome but then I couldn't get %100 fire resist right. Vampire Lord form as 'True Form' ese ese.
Does anyone know If I can still get %100 Fire Resist even as a vampire, without feeding ofcourse it's boring.

Okay, first of all, your character is not invulnerable to fire. Elemental resistances cap out at 85%, just like Magic Resistance. Secondly, what does this build do for healing? Also, this is more of a personal choice than anything, but I'd recommend dropping Tower of Strength (not that great of a perk) in favor of the last rank in Enchanter. I'd also like to know how you're running Smithing and Enchanting together without Arcane Blacksmith; did you just grind Smithing to 100 and then enchant your equipment? Another thing, this is a matter of personal preference but I think the Daedric Helmet would look better with this build than the Jagged Crown. Speaking of the Jagged Crown, I don't know if you're running a mod or something that allows it, but in the vanilla version of the game, the Jagged Crown is not enchantable, nor can it be improved via Smithing. Also, this is another personal preference thing, but I'd recommend changing up your enchantments:

Balrog's Whip (Daedric Sword with Fire Damage/Fiery Soul Trap)

Balrog's Visage (Daedric Helmet with Destruction/Conjuration)

    Silver Necklace (One-Handed/Resist Magic)

Balrog's Scales (Daedric Armor with Destruction/Conjuration)

Balrog's Fist(that should have been plural, since your character has two fists) (Daedric Gauntlets with One-Handed/Magicka)

    Silver Ring (One-Handed/Resist Magic)

Balrog's Feet (Daedric Boots with One-Handed/Resist Fire)

To quote the UESP page on Resist Fire: "Along with Resist Frost and Resist Shock, Resist Fire has a cap of 85%. All three stack with Resist Magic."

Odd, I beat Ahzidal by having a total of 100% fire resistance, and no magic resist

As far as I know the most magic damage you can resist is 98.5%.
