    Ah, man, the memories. I believe this is the first build I've ever read on this blog and I absolutely loved it. Gonna make a second playthrough of this.

    Nice build, +1 from me. I would recommend 2 things: - Staff of Chain lightning. It has the same stagger effect as the Impact perk, I think this is the best staff. - Sanguine rose or some other summoning staff, as you have 100% absorbtion, these staves can recharge your magicka.
