To bad Glass and Stalhrim are on opposite ends of the smithing tree, because they both look great for this character.

    +1

I would highly appreciate if you did that. Unfortunately this is my second build and I don't have much experience with these things. I was considering Destruction at one point, but the augmented and deep freeze perks do not effect frost enchanted weapons.

The augmented perks do, just not the deep freeze ones.

Yeah that was a con for this build...

If you want to you can use a black book once you get the stalhrim items to reset the smithing tree so you don't have any wasted perks down the right side of the tree and reinvest them in a different skill

I thought the augmented perks only effects staves?

No, go check out Mason's Sorcerer build on his page. That will explain how they work in detail.

A interesting build to be honest i don't like taric probally the voice but you made a whole group of these crystal guardians which i love. 1+ from me.

I've never really played this game as a melee character and I'm not familiar with a lot of the intricacies so I just have a question about the stamina usage; would it not be better to just use vegetable soup to be able to chain constant power attacks and then take most of those levels you put into stamina and plot them into health? You also have absorb stamina on one of the weapons, is that not enough to chain power attacks as well?

I don't know how easy it is to survive on master as a melee character (I almost exclusively play as an archer) so I'd always be tempted to put most of my levels into health, if I were to try this build (or one similar) is there a 'minimum' amount of stamina one should have?

I've been thinking about trying a twohanded build and I must say that stalhrim hammer looks blood awesome, I might actually give this a go...although ill likely suck at it.

    P.s.

As mentioned its probably best to stay away from using all 3 crafting skills. I'm one of those types that cringe when they see the crafting skill combo, although I always try and give the benefit of the doubt when reading a build. More than just being arbitrary, with this build its probably not needed. I did some messing around a few days ago with stalhrim weapons with chaos+absorb so perhaps that might be a way to go. You can push absorb health to almost 100 points without using any fortify destruction potions, makes for a frightful combo and would be kinda fun to make an almost suicidal berserker whose only method of healing is by dealing damage (reminds me of the old orc build).

A rare +1 from me because this build got me thinking. The simplicity of this character appeals to me.

I like the build but i think a shield could be better choice, all ur pics are from Taric, and he uses a great gem shield, and actually stun with it (alteration maybe).
