I wanted to try something totally different then the typical Skyrim playthrough. The imbuing chamber in the Dragonborn DLC interested me, so I attempted to create a class that focuses on using this alot. I knew it wouldn't be a powerhouse character, and figured I would make the Charater as "Spider Like" as possible.

    The Arachnid Queen:

Master of deceit, with a swarm at her command, the arachnid queen will poison, confuse, and hide from opponents, waiting for the opportune moment to strike. The ability to create armies of minions to carry out her will is perfect for the queen.

Race: I chose Dunmer, for appearance, and the +5 for illusion.

    Gender: Female

Stone: Serpent, the poison and paralysis is like spider venom.

Major Skills: Enchanting, Illusion, Sneak, Alchemy

Minor Skills: Destruction, Light Armor, One Handed

Weapons: Dagger of Your choice (Enchanted with absorb Health, and Stamina)

    Armor:

Chest: Armor of the old Gods

Helmet: Circlet of Illusion (Enchant this with fortify Illusion)

Boots: Boots of the Old Gods

    Gauntlets: Forsworn Gauntlets (Fortify Alchemy)

    Ring: Azhidals Ring of Arcana

Necklace: Pick an Enchantment to boost your favorite skill

Shouts: Become Ethereal, and ice form are good, but it is mainly personal preference.

Vampirism: I think vampirism suits this class well, because it will cause people to dislike you, and feeding on people also seems to suit this class.

    Stat Distribution:

    Magicka: 3, Health: 2, Stamina:1

    Perk Placement:

     Playing as the Arachnid Queen:

This is a stealth and trickery based class, so you are going to want to sneak up on enemies, and cast a spell like frenzy, or fear. You should poison you're dagger before attacking, and cast frost destruction spells from afar. You're dagger should help you to gain back damage you take, and with high sneak, you can cause massive damage. The main part of this build is spiders. You want to unleash these to do your bidding. Through a few explosive spiders down to protect you, while at the same time having cloaked and jumping spiders attack your enemy. Oil and Mind control spiders also provide interesting attack options. I would use Ice destruction spells, and the poison and paralyze from the serpent stone to assist against mages.

The enchanting is used to create better armor. I gave some recommended armor but I think you should use enchanting to boost the skills you will use the most. I would create a dagger that absorbs health and stamina to the best of your ability. The illusion spells provide a number of different strategies, such as muffle and invisibility, to silently assassinate you opponents, or spells like frenzy, and fear to create chaos while your spider minions attack the crazed opponents. With a high enough sneak, and a good dagger, you can turn a situation around by hiding, and absorbing health before being seen again. I would use alchemy to create a variety of poisons, and use those according to the situation at hand. I have listed a few good poisons below. Fire destruction spells combined with the ring of Arcana provides ignite. If you continue casting this spell it creates a powerful building effect, which is somewhat poison like, which suits this character, they're also good when attacking at long range. Also, put your own spin on the character and make it so you like the game play.

    Poisons:

Lingering health/instant health damage: Mora Tapinella, Deathbell, and Imp Stool

Ravage Health: Cyrodilic Spadetail, Eye of Sabre Cat, Giant Lichen

Frenzy Poison: Falmer Ear, Fly Amanatia, Hagraven Feathers

Don't forget to experiment and find your own poisons

    Special Moves:

Exploding pain: The queen unleashes the fiery pain of her bite, in massive damage. Oil Spiders are thrown, as well as exploding fire spiders. The queen cannot be damaged by her own minions during this (Become Ethereal) , creating a deadly mine field.

Requires: Exploding fire spider+Oil Spider+Become Ethereal

Hypnotic Bite: The queen uses her mind tricks and her minions, to cause others to do her bidding.

    Requires: Mind Control Spider

Poison Fang: What at first seems like a small injury, soon builds up. The poisons strength only increases as it get stronger. With her own bite, her poison fang, and the help of others, the enemies drop like flies.

Requires: Serpent stone+poisoned dagger+any kind of poison spiders+Poison Rune (Optional)

Mass Chaos: Scared and crazy, chaos runs through her opponents, while they don't know who is a friend, or who is a foe.

Requires: Mind control spiders+Any frenzy spell and/or Any Fear Spell

This is my first build and I will be updating it again, because it is incomplete.

    Any feedback would be fantastic.

Hmm, I wouldn't go that far. It's creative, but I think it could be more so and better presented.

I like it, it could use some editing, but it's nice

Pretty cool concept, but sell the build a little more with pics and imagination. We need to feel as though we could see ourselves playing this build and having fun doing so the whole time. You told us what is required, now tell us the why and what makes this fun to play.

I have tried to add a bit more, sorry about the incompleteness I have been quite busy, I am aware it isn't perfect, because it is my first build, so I'm still learning. I will try to make another when I am less busy, and perhaps recreate or improve this build.

Thanks for the feedback, I tried to improve it but haven't had time to incorporate all of those things. I will try to use your advice more in my next build.

For your first build it's impressive. the ideas are good, but I'd prefer more pictures aswell, it will help with imagination for people when they play your build when using special moves etc etc.

I looked for some good artwork but it was limited. I would have put screenshots, but I play on PS3, and haven't had a lot of time on me lately.
