“There are some stories about Cyrodiil and its heroic outlaw. He has many aliases, if only I could remember one… oh wait! I think they call him the Arrow! They say he steals from the rich and gives to the poor. And get this, as opposed to the other bandits of Tamriel, he masters the bow! They say he can draw an arrow and shoot it in less than a second!”

Stealing from the rich and giving to the poor is a major concept in this build. Combining thieving abilities, a mastery of archery, and a tank like suit of armor, the Arrow is truly a force to be reckoned with.

    The Arrow

The Arrow scouting out the Riften market

    The Build:

    Race: Any

    Stone: Steed

    Stats: 0/1/2 or 0/2/1

    Major Skills:

Archery: as evident everywhere in the build so far, you will using a bow as your big weapon, my preferred bow was Zephyr which can only be attained with Dawnguard. Even if you don’t have that, some of the perks taken here can accommodate. Take everything in this skill tree

Sneak: What other skill to best suit an archery oriented, righteous thief? Sneak of course will need to be taken. Sneak will not only aid you in your thieving but also give you critical hits while using the bow. Take everything besides Assassins Blade

Lockpicking or Pickpocket: One of these two skills (OR BOTH) will be how you steal, you can either sneak into people’s houses and lockpick safes, or rip coin right out of your targets pocket… it’s up to you. But if you want, go ahead and take both. Take everything in these trees.

    Minor Skills:

Heavy Armor: You may be baffled that I’ve mentioned heavy armor, how does that fit into thieving or this build at all, you may be thinking. I’ll first say that taking the Steed stone will completely remove any sound made and speed reduction. Secondly, this build is not just about thieving and giving to the poor. This build is also about being a tank capable of dealing out as many arrows as quickly as possible. Of course you’ll need to armor your tank, that’s where this skill comes in. You feel free to choose perks, none are mandatory

Speech: The arrow is an amazing negotiator, always talking people into his will using intimidation or persuasion, how else can you do that without speech!? Again in this tree, nothing is mandatory.

    Equipment:

Weapons: You’ll be starting out with some pretty useless bows, but you will eventually work your way up to Zephyr; your ultimate bow.

Armor: Start out with steel armor, and then work your way up to whatever you want, just remember it has to be heavy armor.

Jewelry: Any ring enchanted with Fortify Archery, any necklace enchanted with Fortify Archery, yep, same enchantments.

Additional: Use a muffle enchantment on your boots

    Special Move:

    Takedown:
Leaping from the shadows you bash your target with your bow, then quickly drawing your arrow you take his eye. Requires: Sneak Roll, Bow Bash, Zephyr/Quick Shot

    Gameplay:

    Combat Style:

    Archery is your main offense

Try to sneak to get first strike on your enemies

Once compromised, fight offensively, after all you do have a fast drawing bow and heavy armor

Always loot your fallen foes, giving to the poor doesn’t always require stealing it

    Main Shouts:

Throw Voice: This skill makes it a piece of cake to kill your foes, sending them to a dead end and then shooting them in their back end. Yeah that’s it, feel free to take any other shouts you want.

    Roleplay:

I have mentioned multiple times about giving to the poor, and that is the major roleplay point in the Arrow… weather you steal it from the wealthy; your major way to get items, or you loot it off a dead bandit, you will always give. The best way to do this is to drop something in the middle of a busy town and someone will come up and ask for it. You obviously will say yes. Easy! Done! Your Arrow makes a great warrior and thief… but in order to nerf this build a bit, you will not be taking any of the mage skills, with the exception of Enchanting.

    Wrapup:

Well there you go, this is my version of the Robin Hood of Skyrim; a badass heavily armored archer. A little better than the real Robin Hood in my opinion, I doubt he wears heavy metal armor. Leave a comment in the comment section down below and thanks for reading!

Also, you say that we won't be taking any mage skills except enchanting but you don't have enchanting as a skill nor do you list any enchants except muffle. What perks in enchanting? Was it just an add on or what?

You're telling me that the steed stone removes armor noise!?! That alone deserves a like if that's true
