Even being two-handed, it is affected by the Dual Cast perk. That's what I meant.

Great build! 

I was looking into playing a character with Miraak's armor, and thanks to you I have the means to do it! The only difference I would suggest for this build is playing as a Breton, and using the lord stone, and with a complete set of Miraak's armor you will be 100% immune to magic. But overall, this is a great build, keep it up!
