This is my first build so feel free to leave some criticism

    Character Build:The Legendary Swordsman

You were raised on a small farm in Cyrodiil. One morning you were out tending the crops when a group of bandits attacked your home. Luckily, you were able to hide in a pile of hay while watching as your family was slaughtered by them. Unfortunately, one of them found you and was about to slit your throat. At that time a skilled swordsman happened to pass by saving you and eliminating the bandits. Since you had nowhere to go, you begged him to be his apprentice. After 7 years your master tells you to go to Skyrim to finish your training. Unfortunately, you were mistaken as a stormcloak in an imperial ambush. So begins your journey in Skyrim.

Race: Nord, Redguard, for skill boosts. Imperial for story

Stone: Warrior then Lord for extra defense you will need it

0-3-2if you want to use illusion go until 200 magicka with 2-3-2

    Major Skills:

One Handed: This is your main attack skill for the beginning of the game take all 5 in armsman Fighting Stance, Savage strike, all three in bladesman. Optional is all others except for hack and slash and bonebreaker.

Smithing: A Legendary Swordsman needs to take care of his blades. Take all of the perks Swordsmanship isn't the only thing your known for.

Two handed: This will be used extensively when evil. You will take the same as in one handed.

    Minor Skills:

Speech: You will be getting all the discounts you can as one of the most legendary of swordsmen. Take as much as you want.

Block: you will be doing this a lot if you don't want to die. Take as much as you want up the right side

Light Armor: If you use this it will only be fur armor or saviors hide. It is very cold in Skyrim.

Enchanting: You will want to get as much damage as possible with your sword. Take the middle tree to 2 effects and left tree for the strongest sword enchants.

Illusion: Your foes will run in fear of your skills and at some times will stop combat altogether because of it. Take novice-adept, animage, kindred mage, aspect of terror, and hypnotic gaze. It is optional.

    alchemy may also be taken.

Shouts: Slow time(reflexes) marked for Death(Knowledge of fatal points) Disarm(fear of you causes the enemies to become clumsy)Aura whisper (heightened senses) Dismay(you can guess) Elemental Fury(attacking faster)

    Equipment:

You will use the best one handed sword you find except for Deadric.  You will use clothing or fur armor, because if I was in Skyrim I would wear that for warmth. You take the best ring and necklace you can get.

deadly amulet: Bone hawk amulet with fortify two handed and one hand.

    Play style/Essential quests or requirements

Be willing to use exploits like the enchanting alchemy or the fortify restoration.

    Good

First you will be very helpful and do everything you can do to help people so no one has to go through the same thing you did. To hone your skills you decided to join the companions. When you found out about their "gift" you chose to get rid of it as soon as you possibly could. You also thought that the civil war should end as soon as it possibly could so you will do everything you can do to make that happen. You fight by dodging and avoiding all attacks then going in for a finishing blow. Because of the lack of armor you will need to be aware of the surroundings by sneaking in to survey the area. you will not steal or murder other people unless provoked. Not the stealing just fighting. You will do everything to make sure the land is safe by clearing a dungeon or by eliminating bandits. Finally, you will always travel with Lydia and ensure she as the best gear.

    Evil

First the requirements to becoming evil are; 100 in one handed, smithing and enchanting, completing the companions, completing the civil war or mostly completing it, completing or before killing Parthanax. you may also join the dawnguard and finish that as well. Second after the conditions are filled you will complete The Whispering Door. When you pick up the Ebony blade you are controlled by a sudden urge to kill Lydia where you stand. After you have killed her you will proceed to kill everyone who you have ever helped to strengthen the blade. During this you will do everything you can to become stronger like  joining the dark brotherhood and (if you haven't joined the dawnguard) becoming a vampire lord. If you have joined the dawnguard you will become a werewolf. Your play style will change. You will steal anything that will make you stronger, and kill any thing in your path. You will travel alone for there is no one that can be in your presence with out them becoming a body. The eventual goal is to make an unstoppable killing machine that will one hit everything with its insane skill.

Note I debated having a comeback and turning good again where they lose the ebony blade like it breaks from a power attack or something and they pay for their sins by serving time in jail and healing everyone but decided against it so if you want to you can do so.

This is cool, it reminds me of my Skaal Outcast build a bit, with the two different paths you can take. It is also nicely layed out, but I would make the text bigger.

One neat thing you could do is have good lvl 1-20, then evil lvl 20-40, then have the player choose his fate from lvl 40 on. With Dragonborn and the ability to change perks with the cost of 1 dragon soul, it would be completely viable to do. Also, check your spelling, i think the word you were looking for in the gear was "insulation". Also, the damage for the Ebony Blade (Armsman, Bladesman, Fighting Stance) while the sweeping stuff is from Two Handed (Devestating Blow, Great Critical Charge, Sweep). Keep that in mind

You get a +1 from me, sir

That's why you max one handed first

I understand what you mean by 1-20 is good and 20-40 is evil but when I made this I had in mind that one handed would be maxed and more or less untouched by the time you reach evil and someone might not reach that by 20 (I sure didn't).
