"That voice! That terrible, terrible voice!"

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-Finally, after years of searching, I’m back on Its trail! Hopefully this cold weather slows it down a bit.

-Something isn’t right. It’s changed. What used to be a bloody trail of animals has become a much more gruesome trail of men and mer. Some of them…some of them weren’t even touched! It’s as if their lives were torn out of their bodies! I must be careful!

-I heard It. I heard It’s voice. All this time I thought that I was tracking It. How could I be so foolish?! It knew I was following it. It wanted me to come here, to this infernal tundra! It’s STRONGER here! Divines…..save me.

-I….I think it’s coming. It knows I’m in here. Every night I hear that voice! That terrible, terrible voice! It’s becoming louder. The wind is becoming stronger. It’s as if the walls of this home are being torn apart by It’s voice!

-I saw It! I left this house to get food, as my provisions are extremely low, and there It was, standing there, waiting for me! I tried to hit It with an arrow, but the arrow bounced off of it. What is It? Can it be stopped?

-It’s here! The voice is here! Divines! Daedra! SOMEBODY! HELP ME! It’s…..It’s tearing through the walls! That voice…..that terrible voice…..It’s using it to tear into my mind! It thinks I’ll let It get me, but It is wrong! I won’t let it! My arrows are sharp. I only need one.

-If you are reading this, there’s an arrow beneath the bed. Don’t let the voice get to you like it got to me!

    The Build:

This Build is very fun to play, but requires a lot of work in order to play it properly. If you aren't willing to put in the time, turn back now.

The idea behind this build is to use the Fortify Restoration Potion Glitch to be able to achieve a 100% Shout Reduction. This will make you able to use any Shout that you want as many times as you want until the potion runs out (be sure to click the link above for a tutorial on
how to get to this point). This glitch can be used to fortify nearly any skill, it just has to be tweaked accordingly.

Originally this build was going to be focused entirely on the premise of being Unarmed and Unarmored. As it turns out, that playstyle is not compatible with this build until about level 20. Until then, down your custom-made armor and battleaxe and start perking through those skills.

Once you hit level 20 (or you feel comfortable with your skills), then start stripping! You can run around base-ass naked and shout away. It's an amazing experience! Everyone should try it (except Narmis)!

Remember: Just because some skills may not be listed, that doesn't mean you're not allowed to take them! Have fun, and kick some ass!

That being said, let's get into the Build!

    Race:
    Argonian

    Stone: The Shadow Stone

    Stamina : Health : Magicka (level 1-10)
         5             4             1

Stamina : Health : Magicka (per 10 levels after)
         8             1             1

    The Skills: Level 51 Perks:

    Heavy Armor: Level 50:
When you're just getting started with this build, Heavy Armor will prove to be quite useful. I suggest taking Juggernaut 3/5, Fists of Steel, Cushioned, Well-fitted, and Tower of Strength. These perks will greatly increase your survivability and give you a much better chance at victory until you get on your feet.

Two-Handed: Level 80: Two-Handed weapons are by far the most terrifying weapons in the game. Mix those with Unlimited Shouts and you're going to have quite a fun battle! For perks, I would suggest taking Barbarian 5/5, Champion's Stance, Great Critical Charge, and Sweep. These perks will make quick work of any enemy, and they get even more potent when combined with more of these skills.

Block: Level 100: At higher levels, your Shield is your weapon. If you don't like that idea, you can easily substitute a Shield for a Two-Handed weapon, as most of the perks are still viable. As far as perks go, I would suggest taking Shield Wall 4/5, Quick Reflexes, Deflect Arrows, Elemental Protection, Block Runner, Power Bash, Deadly Bash, Disarming Bash, and Shield Charge. These perks will turn your shield into either a protective shell, or a deadly weapon. The choice is yours.

Smithing: Level 60: Well maintained weapons and armor is a big advantage (well, that, plus this reeeeally helps when you use the Unlimited Shouts Glitch). You only need to take Steel smithing and Arcane Blacksmith.

Alchemy: Level 80: If you're going to play this build right, you need to take Alchemy. You'll need this in order to create the potions necessary to achieve 100% Shout Cooldown Reduction. Also, poisons work GREAT with the Sweep perk (hint hint). I suggest taking Alchemist 5/5, Physician, Benefactor, Poisoner, and Concentrated Poison.

Speech: Level 70: This is an amazing roleplaying skill. With a build names "The Voice", it's somewhat necessary to take Speech as a skill. Intimidation is ALWAYS the key to success! In order to achieve that success, you'll need to take Haggling 1/5, Bribery, Persuasion, and Intimidation.

Enchanting: Level 100: Yet another key element to the Unlimited Shouts Glitch. Don;t be afraid though, as this won't go to waste! You can use this along with Alchemy to make some awesome tag-team combinations (did someone say Frost Damage and Weakness to Frost?). I suggest taking Enchanter 5/5, Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter, and Extra Effect. This will get you well through the Glitch, and also allow you to make some very unique weapons and armor sets.

You might be sitting there thinking "I need to use ALL of the crafting skills?! Nope, nu-uh, no way!" But they are well worth it! Once you get Unlimited Shouts, you'll find yourself still making a sickening amount of potions, enchanted weapons, and armor sets. If you take my advice, you'll get a very unique playthrough out of this.

Equipment: This all depends on your level. If you're level 1-20, I would suggest buying yourself a nice set of Heavy Armor and getting a nice big pointy Battleaxe! Once you've surpassed that handicap, the real fun begins! You take off your Heavy Armor and drop your Greatsword (or whatever you want to use) and pick up your shield! (Remember, with the added ability to "respec" your perks in Dragonborn, you can remove any unnecessary skills) These will be your main focus from here on out. The Shields that I would recommend are The Targe of the Blooded, Auriel's Shield, The Aetherial Shield, and Spellbreaker, but any other Shield will do be just fine. An Amulet of Talos is 100% necessary! Get one as soon as possible!

Shouts: All of them. This is your main weapon against your enemies (at higher levels). You can shout as many times as you want, and you can combine strings of shouts to make devastating combinations!

Quests: The only necessary Quest is The Way of the Voice, as this will give you the first word to Whirlwind Sprint. I would also recommend taking the Thieve's Guild Questline as well, as that will allow you to obtain Nightingale Subterfuge, which we use in this build.

Abilities: Nightingale Subterfuge and The Shadow Stone.

"It's using it to tear into my mind!"

    The Video (Thanks to TZ):

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Shout and Ability Chains:

Nightingale Subterfuge + Throw Voice + Shadow Stone Ability- This Chain is quite interesting. Nightingale Subterfuge causes everyone around you to attack anyone they see, Throw Voice will make them all look away from you, and the Shadow Stone Ability will allow you to watch the chaos without being seen.

Dismay + Cyclone + Soul Tear- This is very effective for groups of strong enemies. You can use Dismay to cause the group to begin to flee, then use Cyclone to separate them all, and finally Soul Tear to quickly take out the stronger members of the group.

Storm Call + Ice Form- This Chain is absolutely amazing. Ice Form will render your enemies unable to move, and also do 2 damage per second for 60 seconds, and Storm Call will do 80 damage every 3-6 seconds for 180 seconds. That's up to 4920 damage in 180 seconds!

Whirlwind Sprint + Shield Charge + Whirlwind Sprint- This is a very useful Chain. You'll be able to find a group of enemies, use Whirlwind Sprint to rush in, Shield Charge with the shield of your choosing, and then use Whirlwind Sprint again to get out of the battle in mere seconds.

This is nowhere near all of the available chains, but I would need countless pages in order to list all of the ones we came up with. If you're having a bit of a mental block, feel free to ask, and I'll comment back with a Chain that I feel is fitting to your specifications!

If you find any Chains that you feel should be put into this build, then feel free to comment below with them!

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are a lot of possibilities for this build, and I don't want to spoil all of the fun! Get out there and create your own varient! If you find anything that kicks so much ass that you want it in here, then just comment below! I'm sure I can find room in here somewhere!

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A special thanks to Ben C for spending some time to help me create some very unique Chains, and thanks to Dragon for assisting me with the Backstory!

Ben, I just realized that the purge actually worked (it didn't work for me last night). Thank you.

    Looks alot like the Revakriid...

Stil 100% shout reduction is very cool, as is the shield usage, been thinking about one like that. But was thinking of adding respite to feul more shield usage (and steam breaths for dragonborn :D) but I never got around to it.

I feel like there is missing something do, just cannot say what... but its great enouf for a +1.

Now some random but hopefully helpfull thougts on this:

U can clean up perks with dragonborn (like twohanded, heavy armor and maybe smithing and enchanting while not in use?), wonder where those extra perks wil go :D

I thought if u take deflect arrow it maxed each and every weopon and shield... so nu use for more shield wall?

And... Why points in magic while not mentioning any? Or did i overlook?

First, wow, just wow, to the Stalin pic!

Nice use of abilities Emer!  I'm still not the biggest Argonian fan, which is why I have never played one, but cool build none-the-less.

I would have played an Argonian by now, but I have a hard enough time imaging the Dragonborn as any race other than a Nord, but even more for the lizard-folk.

You need perks in Enchanting to get to 100% Shout Cooldown Reduction. Well, you don't NEED it, but it greatly speeds the process. Also, Enchanting will prove greatly advantageous in later levels!
