OK made this build based of the Dunmer i hope you like. Please tell me what you think.

    Purifier

Fire is a hazard,’ says the coward. ‘Fire is a tool,’ says the fool. I say fire is a weapon, a friend, a state of mind, and that the bold man and the craven burn just as fast. Though the agony be great, my cleansing flames will burn away the the pain, and reforge the very soul.

Purifiers are  battle mages which harness the destructive powers of lightning and fire and the
healing properties of fire. The tradition of the Purifier begins with a baptism by fire, a test of faith from which only the strongest souls emerge. Those who pass are reborn as masters of the curative secrets of fire, able to heal the most grievous wounds with a searing touch. These Mages also draw upon a pact with their long-dead ancestors as the source of their offensive power. While Purifiers heal their allies in flames, they can unleash a spirit vanguard to visit wrath upon their foes. Purifiers dedicate themselves to mastering the healing properties of fire, and as such are potent support in any army who can burn away disease and instantly cauterize the most horrific wounds. Purifiers make destructive mages as well as healers. These mages whose sole focus is the mastery of fire both curative and destructive abilities. They can Launch massive incinerating blasts or trap their opponents behind a smoldering wall of flame. These Mages keep their enemies at bay with well placed fire and lightning spells.

These battle mages revere and worship the daedric prince Azura the God of Dusk and Dawn, the magic between day and night. This belief is represented in battle as the purifiers use both lightning and fire spells, fire representing the dawn of light and lightning representing dusk.
Purifiers a revered in Morrowind as they are an important in Dunmer history. These mages live and must follow a ancient pact with their long-dead ancestors. This pact grants these mages to call upon their ancestors when in need, Once the mage dies he/she must also follow this pact after death and must answer to the call of their ilk. Giving these mages the ability to use necromancy they can summon their ancestors to inhabit a corpse to fight with them for a short period of time.

Besides the use of Magic these mages are also masters of alchemy using crafted recipes of poison and potions paced down from generations. These mages are skilled with the use of war axes able to swing a sharp axe with such force to cut even steel. In Tamriel these mages are rarely seen outside of Morrowind but with the eruption of Red Mountain, few of these Dunmer fled to Skyrim. Few of these battle mages have managed to make their way in Skyrim as mercenaries, scholars, Healers, and even assassins for the Dark Brotherhood. The origins of this profession is unknown to many, but most Scholars believe that Azura thought her high priest and priestess the ability to use Fire and lightning both as a destructive weapon or as a means to heal any wound. Purifiers were the highest and the most honored priest and priestess in morrowind these honored battle mages have been tainted in the past sevral hundred years. Some of these battle mages have adopted the life of sin, Thieving, Drinking, and even killing, tarnishing the sacred name of the purifiers.

Really cool build. The only thing I would suggest is giving a sample perk spread and go through a spell checker. +1

I like this build but why am I collecting the artifacts you mentioned? I understand the star of Azura but why the other artifacts?

I would like to see a little higher level perk spread, maybe up to level 40 to see how the character continues to develop. +1

Why take alchemy, even as a minor skill, if you aren't going to use it? All of these destruction spells yet no fortify destruction potions? Why train restoration all the way to level 100 for guardian circle when you can make healing potions that are more effective? You mention the point of the build is to use detruction for range attacks then mention archery as a possible minor skill, seems redundant.

I'd recommend cleaning up a few of these overlapping ideas, otherwise it's good
