Yes, that's the whole purpose of the perk.  It's meant to be picked up by mage characters who want to do more damage against vampires.  We just exploit the fact that it also affects players whose characters have been tagged as undead.  Basically anything that gives you a positive effect under Necromage can also give you a negative effect.  Potions you drink that have negative effects will be amplified, as well as negative effects from stones such as the Atronach and Apprentice.  I'm not certain about spells and enchantments from enemy mages, since they don't have the perk themselves...  But anything you do to yourself will be amplified.

Excellent beyond words. That's all I can say.

Fantastic build, just one question though. Is the silver sword one or 2 handed? Or is it the players preference?

It's players choice mate, the character runs much better with one handed weapons overall...

It doesn't actually matter though, you can do both because this character doesn't smith or run with any combat skills...

I see, spell in one hand sword in the other. Much smoother to play with.

Never thought about using both, makes sense seen as no perks are taken in either One/2-Handed skills. I've been looking for a good vampire build that uses 2-Handed but there isn't any. If someone reads this then please, do a vampire build with 2-Handed and we'll be friends forever.

So, I'm assuming he was with Elenwen's Entorage when Big Bad Al shewed up?  That's a pretty clever backstory.  The build as presented it pretty much how i play a Wizard, except for the whole Vampirism thing.

You could use more tags for searchability.  Like Thalmor, Altmer, Mage...

We actually might change the tags around as a way of categorizing builds, check out the Group Updates if you're interested.

That memo is what I was referring to.

Just started this build today, and I gotta say,I find something funny about starting a characters journey by kinda spitting in the face of one of the daedric princes. I expect this to be an interesting run.

This build is great but I have a question when not in dictator mode (as you put it) does he fight like a spell sword with vorador in one hand and spell in the other or is the sword just back up
