I like how tight this build feels.  Everything from the lore to the perk spread to gameplay strategies feels knitted together smoothly.  And I like how you and Emer's builds kind of play off each other.  Very cool.

What should the stat spread for this be? I don't believe there is one listed.

I always say "put stats where you need them most at the time." That being said, this character was around a 1/2/3 (M/H/S) until enough healing spells could be sustained, then switch to an even 0/1/1.

Ok. I was just going to do a 1/2/2 until I had 250 Magicka. Then alternate between stamina and health until like 450 stamina then go straight health.

That sounds like a solid plan. Stamina goes quick if you are heavy with the moves, so bolster that early.

Hey Henson I loved this build when I read it and decided to make a character and play it, but as I am not too familiar with the lore of the Ka Po' Tun, I was wondering how the roleplaying works. Is he evil, or is he a hero, or a little of both. Also I wanted to know how you got smithing to level 100 for the dragon smithing perk, did you use an exploit or did it just naturally level? Nice build by the way, had an approach to stealth that I would never have thought of!
