One of my favorite build of all time, right up there with the Bronze Sentinel and the Bloodskal Crusader. There's just something about running around with the Aetherial Crown and the Ritual stone and sacking cities that is oddly satisfying.

Very awsome build, it could be a great fun to play it. Or maybe too easy  Anyway I think Illusion magic is too powerful in this game. And I'm not sure you have to get all Illusion perks, as the lowest level fear spell (Fear itself  ) can affect mobs up to lvl 63 if dual casted.

I agree with No Snakes Alive, how does this build not have over 200 likes? It's the perfect evil mage/ necromancy build.  Combine this build with the repeated use of the ritual stone via the aetherial crown and MY GOD, nothing is going to stand in your way. Nothing like unleashing 20 undead and a Giant on a bandit camp or city all while fearing and casting fireballs and such, then raise the fallen foes for even more excitement. Also it's slightly amusing to do the same to a dragon with 10+ archers, then have a mammoth and giant waiting for it when it lands due to low health. You can either get into the frey with flames blazing, or sit back as commander and chief.  Can't say enough about the synergy of this build. It is a little slow to start but quickly becomes a behemoth.

You are nothing if not a demon from the gates of Oblivion sent to show Alduin a thing or two about world domination and destruction.

defenitly an interesting build, although the whole vampire part kinda is a turn away for me (i REALLY dont like Vampires) however, the playstyle is pretty intrigueing, so im gonna make this style character, simply to test it. if the negative affects of Vamprism are unaffective to the fighting style, then i may just keep it.

with the speech deal you could give it a thought of the shop keepers perspective... so if you saw a evil dunmer with orange glowing eyes and a taste for blood and flesh-

"this guy might murder me if i dont give him good prices!" :0 just a thought

I'd have thought he was a follower of Molag Bal, looking at TZ's review, he looks pretty god-like and Molag is lord of domination

I don't mean to sound like an idiot, but why dual casting Conjuration when we have Dead Thrall? +1 from me btw

Because you would be using other conjuration spells before gaining Dead Thrall

Ahhh, I see. I'm comin back to Skyrim after bein away a while, and was lookin fer a Scarecrow-based Fear build. This more than exceeded my expectations, and just has twisted written all over it.
