Keep refining, and do it quick (people rarely come back and view a build twice). Perk spread image is good for a first crack!

This has been re-worked since last time I took a look, definitely worth the read! I still feel like there is something missing (or something that needs removing maybe).
For example, the Roleplay Rules. When you put 'rules' in a build you are basically placing limitations on your character that may not sit right for those reading. At least thats the way I see it anyway.
Also consider expanding into a level 40 - 50 character would work well.

Sounds like a good idea mason, and those "rules" were pretty choppy and poorly done
I will probably add a level 35 or 40 perk spread at which point you could become pretty godly and simply stroll through towns as a stage four vampire while the people cower in their homes.
