    "Bardic Knowledge" power from the black book 'Untold Legends' can give you a permanent shield charge.  Stamina regeneration rate is greater than stamina loss while 'Shield Charging' and the power can be used unlimited times a day.  

    (I will most likely run through a dungeon or two and then swap out my black book powers or retire the toon.)

    I find it sad when we find something to improve a build when the author has left the site :(

    Why is this build just now reaching Mythic? When its creator isn't even around. This build is absolutely brilliant. Even though it relies on a perk that usually won't be available until mid to late game, it is still pretty damn good. Everything from simple perks like Light Foot down to the boosted Magic Resistance complement Shield Charge perfectly. Though it may be a bit dated, it is still very viable and new things such as Bardic Knowledge, like some have mentioned, would make this even better. This build is severely underrated.

    Only centering the images was needed to restore this build to it's original.

    Also, please feel free to remove the 'Restored' banner at the end of the build--I put it there as a courtesy to let the reader know that the build has been worked on by somebody other than its original creator without his or her knowlege.
