Yea I thought it was pretty catchy :P. Ironically she's a witch specializing in the Witch Hunter class. It's been fun so far, just hit level 25 and everything is going great. When I get some of the higher level perks the build is really going to come into it's own with all of the animal summons and follower's. Currently have a wolf and a familiar. But once I get Beast tounge racial ability that'll be another animal and if I grab the Edge of Oblivion it'll give an extra summon. The Aethereal crown i'm undecided on as yet whether to go for the lady or the ritual. The lady with the Lunar Familiar would definatly suit the build but that may be to much animals. The Ritual could appeal to a bit of a darker side of the build however. I'll have to experiment with the two to see what fits best.

Looks great so far Furrion! I really like the way the backstory is going, I can't wait to find out why she was lost/abandoned because I imagine it could be a driving force for the character and maybe inform the narrative/arc that you'd be role-playing throughout the actual gameplay.

Also, you messaged me a little more about the gameplay than is posted here, so without spoiling anything that you might be keeping a surprise...I just want to say that I LOVE the direction you're taking it! Really balanced and well thought out mechanics with a unique approach to combat that possess a nice challenge without being a grind. It's gonna be a treat to read when it's finished.

Theonly advice I'd give at this point would be to give some thought to what you want the core of your build to be, and to try to streamline things a bit. Include things that build upon your core concept, and cut anything that diverges from that too much. I know it can be exciting when so many ideas are floating around and it's tempting to try to include all the best ones in a single build...but that can make things confusing and cluttered. You can always make another build later with the ideas you had that didn't really fit this character.

For instance, I like both ideas of being raised by wolves and by a witch, but I think both in succession may be a little much. I also think that lycanthropy and the Ritual Stone are both such game changers that they deserve their own focus and don't really jive well in a build that already has a really strong concept like this one. It makes them feel like they're just kind of tacked on, you know?

Oh, and miraak's staff might be a little OP with archery and summons. Try it out and see what you think, but that's what I found. If you want something equally powerful but a little bit more of a double edged sword, the poison explosion from Miraak's robes can be continuously proced by Bardic Knowledge.

It'sstill really OP but as an AOE effect around the character it would require you to be much closer to danger than an archer would usually be...plus it may occasionally agro your summons. They won't attack you, but they'll get distracted by the drum. Lol. So it's pretty balanced and having to be close to the action to use it might even make things more exciting! Overall great potential here man, I can't wait to see if finished!

Yea you know I actually aggree with you about Lycanthropy and the Ritual stone etc. It seems like there's a lot going on there. so yea I've decided to chop those out for now and will come back to it in another build I do. I'll have the backstory reflect it as well with  just the witch finding her. I had been finding that I'd not really been using Beast form that much already so it'll be good just to focus on the core concepts of Poison magick - Alchemy - Summons and Archery. Thinking of maybe using  the Mage Stone as well now that i'm a higher level I find that I don't need the Apprentice as much.

I've just got to solstheim so will be good to try out Miraak's gear I've only ever used the staff before so it'll be something new. You maybe right about the staff being a bit OP we'll se how it goes. I just remeber it stagger locked almost everthing that tried to pass through the tentacle things.

Yea, especially since the Ritual Stone only works when you aren't attacking, which works well with a support character, but even this characters healing and buffing moves are technically attacks, so having Ritual Stone summons would really just take you out of the action.

Yea, the staff stunlocks everything dumb enough to run through it...which is everything. Maybe with the right AI mod it'll require more strategy and be more fun to use, so that's an option as well.

Yea that would one of the bigger turn offs with using the ritual. It would get kind of boring just standing there while everything attacks especially if you do any offensive stuff it would cancel the effect.

So I'm just going to switch between Mage and Apprentice and see how that goes. I'm gonna put in an Alchemy section with all the potions/poisons to use. And a breakdown of Spells and shouts.

Just bumping this so it won't get deleted (Is that still a thing?). I'll be coming back to it very soon any way.

    Good to know :)

THe reason this one is taking me awhile not withstanding having taken a bit of a break from the site, is that it is a rather versatile  build. And that has led me to the question of is she a Mage who suplements her magic with a bow? or an archer who supplements her bow with magic? I'm thinking of making two possible evoloutions of the character. One that focuses more on magic and casting and the other that is more focused on archery. Both will still use magic and a bow it's just one will use one more than the other. AKA more or less Stamina or Magicka attributes depending on which evoloution you pick. (Different standing stones as well i'm thinking). What do you think man?

Hmm, I think that makes a fair bit of sense. I tend not to run heavy Magic/Archer builds because they aren't fluid enough for me, but I think your idea of making two different builds out of the same core concept makes a fair bit of sense. The Archery could provide a lot of fire-power for the Mage (focusing more on taking that single insanely powerful shot to take out a specific enemy) while the Magic could easily work with a more subtle approach for the Archer, giving a more rounded/trick based arsenal than just arrows. Or whatever other combination, either way I think there's plenty that can be done with the combination of skills/perks/etc. So go wild mate :D
