  Im glad theyre still hard at work on this.  So to clarify, is this an entirely different game using Skyrim's engine, or a massive expansion mod for Skyrim?

  Different game, it's a recreation of Morrowind using the Skyrim engine but as far as I know you need to have both Skyrim and Morrowind for it to work.
