  I have come to the conclusion that the Tamriel Vault community has shittastes in anime

  Really guy? Just because someone's taste doesn't coincide with yours does not mean its shit.....

  You'd have to be quite full of yourself to think this way.

  Oh and I've been wondering for a while, why does the internet in general see mainstream as being bad? Doesn't that mean it's good enough to draw lots of peoples attention?

  Also just because it's mainstream doesn't mean that it's bad. Most people usually start at mainstream before moving to the hipster stuff. Also i never bothered about hype or mainstream cos it always kill the fun out of them.

  I never said I didn't like them, I enjoyed most of the ones mentioned but they are old series that for some reason people prefer to rewatch instead of watch newer ones.

  I'm allowed to be full of myself, just in anime though because my anime list is so ridiculously big. (same as you're allowed to be full of yourself with builds cause you have extremely successful builds) And I'm obviously exaggerating, the point is there is much more to anime than the ones that air in US cable, hell even Netflix is stepping up their anime game.

  imo something being mainstream doesn't make it bad at all but those titles to take a lot of attention away from other series/games/etc because they are catered to everyone instead of a particular demographic. IE  action vs romance anime   and FPS vs Jrpgs
