A Bad Skyrim Habit... Please help!

Whenever I start a new character, I tend to get bored of them really quickly...
For example: this morning I joined the site and after searching and asking questions I found a cool build. That same character was recently deleted by me because it didn't feel right. It hadn't even leveled up. So does anyone know how to not delete characters soon after you start them? The only exceptions to my rule are my first character who I am now bored of anyway and the Burglar by Ponty.
    Thanks!

Play Dead is Dead. That way it's legit to start over when you die and you'll strive not to die leading to a longer experience

Thanks, but I'm not sure if that'll motivate me enough. I think I've found the problem now though.

When you say dead is dead does that mean you start a whole new build or restart the build over.

And what level (Adept, expert) should i play Dead is Dead
