  From Skyrim, I'd have to go with Volendrung (even though I have yet to make a character who utilizes it)

  Skelter Helter's Revolver- No More Heroes 2. Its a machine gun revolver!

  Medicene Stick- FNV, GRA DLC. A badass repeater, and strong as hell. And FIDO from FNV OWB DLC.

  For a melee...any BFS is eh-ok! (its a TV Tropes thing)

  I can't really think right now,but off the top of my head,I'll say Sephiroth's sword from FF7.

  It's one thing to kill with a greatsword or short sword,and another thing all together to be able to kill using a 7ft. sword that's a couple feet taller than you are.

  I dont really know......Maybe Bilbo's "Sting", from the hobbit or Yukimura Sanada's spear from Samurai warriors 3 :)

  I've always been a fan of the Moonlight Greatsword, all of it's other incarnations and THe Northern Regalia from Demon's Souls. Also, I'm a huge fan of Katanas.

  The ebony blade. A giant two handed Katana that literally rejuvenates you with every hit is pretty sick

  Maybe the Hidden Blades from AC or Scrorpions Spear from Mortal Kombat hmm... tough choice so I go with the Wabbajack

  Orcrist, the sword of Thorin Oakenshield. I love this damn thing.
  
  Ma Chao's spear(s) in Dynasty Warriors.
  
  The Destiny Blade in Last Apprentice (it basically constantly drips with blood and is "hungrier the vampire god himself").
  
  I'll end with my favorite TES weapon: Spear of the Snow Prince.

  The caos blade from dark souls, i like the aspect that it is a very powerful weapon, but in exgange for all its power it erodes you as well
