After spending a few days in the wild hunting dragons, I find it nice to read a good book. Skyrim has tons of books full of knowledge and tales. Of course, all of them are great but my question is: What is your favorite book in Skyrim???

It's a set of 4 books, but Beggar, Thief, Warrior and King.

Brilliant read, should make movies about them.

    Can't decide between these:

Breathing Water, The Nirnoot Missive, Palla 1-2, The Wolf Queen 1-8, The Rear Guard, Three Thieves, Purloined Shadows, Mystery of Talara 1-5, Immortal Blood, Amongst the Draugr, Confessions Of A Khajiit Fur Trader, A Hypothetical Treachery

Palla I and II from that list for me Vaz, although Breathing Water is a good one.

A more serious answer now. I think The Doors of Oblivion is the book that I will always go back to. I also like the Accords of Madness series. I think the one that gets me thinking the most is the Five Songs of King Wulfharth.

    Immortal Blood.

    Herbane Beastirary books.

    Troll Slaying.

    Book of Daedra.

    Myths of Sheogorath.

    Boethiahs Proving.

I can't recall the name of the book, but I really enjoyed the one about the couple who try to cure their daughter... with predictably horrific results.

It reminded me of the classic horror tale "The Monkey's Paw".
