  I read both the Hobbit and LOTR once a year, so I'll spare everyone my nitpicking, even the glaringly weird/obvious ones. (I still have a serious grudge against Jacksons LOTR films for a lot of the choices that were made...) but I do enjoy watching them and I'm sure I'll enjoy this too. At least now I finally have something to go to the cinema for.
