  Is anyone else being attacked when they go to dawnguard? Just wondering if this is only me, or if someone has an idea how to fix it.

  by who? vampires will attack you until you join them...

  I began speaking to the leader when I was a regular vamp so I don't think it could be that, do you have a bounty on you?

  Perhaps you have a bounty? If you do then I suggest you pay it off. Maybe you accidentally killed one of them? (that happened to me). Or maybe they saw you feeding/in beast form?

  I don't know what I did, but I just went back a couple saves and lost a couple hours of play time. Frustrating, but now I can finally enjoy Dawnguard!
