  Sorine Jurard had quite a few ideas as to what she would do after the war on the Volkihar ended, but all this time, she had been looking at things the wrong way. Never for a second had she conceived defeat. Perhaps that was her undoing.

  Lord Harkon's Tyranny of the Sun plan had succeeded, the Dragonborn and his vampire ally Serana, dead. Gone were the hopes of ending the vampire menace and the valiant soldiers of the Dawnguard have all but been purged...save for one. Against all odds, Sorine Jurard is still alive, but living in a world of infinite darkness and bloodshed is less of a relief and more of a disappointment. Still, she presses on. Who and what she will encounter in search for sanctuary may shock her. Gods willing, even companionship and love may be found under the bleeding sun.

  Welcome to the main hub of Bleeding Sun, currently my blood, sweat and tears. I wrote this story to offer a different perspective on the events of the Dawnguard DLC. The main protagonist of the story is, if you gave the summary the time of day, Sorine Jurard, a personal favorite of mine who I think will be an interesting character to write, due to her being so open for interpretation. Accompanying her will be Cato of the Flash Step, a High Rock legend come back to life and also an immensely powerful vampire lord that has seemingly defected from the Volkihar ranks. So far, he has been of great help to Sorine, but whether she completely trusts him so easily is anyone's guess. How far will they go under the eternal eclipse? Read on and find out for yourself.
