Albee uses single-handed weapons and this guy is using a claymore so it can't be his weapons trainer.
Templars are known to use restoration and are technically 'holy warriors' so it could be a magic trainer or priest.
He's an Altmer who can wear heavy armor and large weapons and in Straag Rod that's a unusual sight but elves may have grown weaker in the past 1000 years.
This guy has a yellow skin tone so he can't be of Aelberon's bloodline.
