Fallout Night
I wonder if it would be possible to create a mod that raises the water level of lakes and streams and ponds when it rains? Would look pretty cool AND add some good immersion!

Hmm, well I know detecting the water level of a cell is something at least one modder has requested of the SKSE team! Maybe if they implement that, it'll be possible to adjust it using scripts.

I think I waited a tad too long; when I was setting up the shot, you could see a bit more light coming through the clouds in the background, and the lighting was very nice. But I couldn't use tfc 1 because it would have froze the rain overlay too, and then when you fly around it bugs out. I should've thought to use sgtm, but what's done is done.
In any case, I still like the lighting here. I've seen much weirder lighting IRL before, at any rate. less
